Let me tell you the story:

Zeki is captain on his ship. He was normal, until that day when he stole mermaid statute. From that day... When he touch a water, he will transform to mermaid form. But when it's full-moon. He will stay in mermaid form for all day. He will transform back when he isn't wet anymore.
