This was a neat track. A medley of a selection of Ocarina Songs brought to life for the full Orchestra. I really enjoyed the choices they made, and it's cool to see songs from Ocarina of Time more prominently featured. The ethereal variation of Serenade of Water and the jaunty Song of Storms are my two favorites.
Interestingly, this song basically "mixed itself" which is a rarity with samples, usually I have to tweak the dynamics a lot to really get things to work as desired. With this one, the biggest challenge (as always) was wrangling the choirs to get them to do what I want.
One of my favorite parts about this whole project has been arranging the set list so that there is a good flow from one song to the other. I try and keep the a through line of energy so that the listener enjoys the songs. It has created some fun emergent storytelling in things like the Song of Storms being the last melody in this song, and the next track, "Link's Awakening" opens with the melody "The Storm"!
I also enjoyed working with Wayne Strange's orchestrations. His work on the Suite from Majora's Mask is tremendous, so seeing his stuff used more in the Symphony is always a pleasure. Fun fact! Strange and Jeron Moore (a producer for seasons 1 and 2 of the tour) were the arrangers for ZREO's Twilight Symphony, and you can hear his arrangement of Sun's Song in the intro to "Lake Hylia" in that project.
Well, for now I've performed all but two tracks in the Zelda Symphony! I'm still hoping to be able to call this a truly "complete" collection with the addition of "Spirit Tracks" and "Great Fairy's Fountain". Wish me luck in making it happen. As always, thank you for listening!

Had an amazing time at Zelda Symphony in London this week. Would definitely recommend it if you ever get the chance to go! Of course, I had to pick up the Wind Waker while I was there :D
I got all gussied up to go out to the Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses tonight. Most of my whole crew was there - @mehuric, @oldfeathers, @elliondrk, Phlux, and we even got to see @barcodeddna & fiance @thingsthatmakenoise (though they were down in the orchestra and we were up in the not-quite-balcony level - lil'sis spotted us from across the concert hall first, despite our height advantage). Now to remember to take my makeup off before sleeping...
