This was a woman who lived in the seventeenth century in a city in England or Scotland, very specifically. I don’t think she ever left the city (or at least not in adulthood). Her religious faith was important to her (although I don’t think she understood that it brought her restlessness as well as peace), as was the season of summer (when she is closest to you). All her life (which was not long by our standards, but long by the standards of the day, especially for a woman), she was dogged by impatience, by the ability to plan rather than carry through. Not the least part of this was due to her responsibilities caring for twin children. On some level she fantasised about becoming more intellectual, about locking hrself away from the world and giving herself time to study. She was the sort of person who felt sure that if only her time and mind could become a blank slate, amazing things would follow. She was also beset by heartache and I think participation in a love triangle - a lover lingered in her life well after he should have left (he was promiscuous, difficult, associated with darkness) but she found him painfully difficult to resist because she desired him so much. She struggled to re-evaluate what she wanted from life after this encounter, and there is perhaps a lingering bitterness or frustration that influences you now. But you are capable of more, you need to give yourself the time she was denied, and to plan carefully. She always remained restless. In a later era, with more opportunities to meet people and to do unconventional things, I think she would have been much happier.

I have always showed a strong interest towards the country of Italy. I mean, I don't even know much about the country itself and yet I find myself drawn towards them. As if I belong there or something. Is it possible that this was my previous past life? If so, can you elaborate on it please? My initial is M.

Reading your past life doesn’t give me an absolutely clear directive on you and Italy. I think your past life was drawn there and probably visited but I don’t see past-M as Italian per se. I also don’t have a clear time frame, but I do get the name Giulia very clearly (which contradicts what I said about ‘not Italian’ - maybe of Italian parentage?). She was very nurturing and calming as a person, but especially she learned to nurture and calm her inner self, to feed herself emotionally. She was a strong character, although she seemed pliant and obedient, even passive. Her romantic entanglements tended to leave her stagnating, confused, and incapable of the emotional and intellectual movement she needed - I also wonder if there was a man who stopped her travelling. She wanted to focus on her ‘work’, whatever she perceived it as being, but he stopped her. Happily, her will - and the capacity for what was strongest, even heroic in her - triumphed and predominated over his. You stand to learn and benefit from all those qualities. I think if anything she felt romantically starved and I get the impulse that this time round, fertility and creativity need to be expressed and experienced as much as work and self-control and heroic responsibility for fulfilling your intellectual and civic potential. Overindulgence and self-sabotage are always possible, and no romantic life can ever be without pain, but it is possible to have it all, or at least more of the “all” than she was able to before, I think because of the man she was involved with - she did manage to triumph professionally and intellectually, but at the expense of her romantic life, or at least of finding emotional fulfillment in another person.

Hello! Can you please tell me about the spirits surrounding me? Thank you :)

The number 5 is incredibly strong to me right now where you’re concerned. I also see a sea coast, a dangerous one. Honestly, I’m not sure how to put those together, but there’s someone looking out across flat grey water and maybe a railway line? Something like that. Those elements are all important to the spirits that’s around you. There aren’t as many as five, but the number is to do with that. Whoa, what a mess I’m telling you. But I know that the spirits want to show you 5, the sea, a moody lake or other body of water, and some kind of railway line. If anything I see a woman wearing grey. She’s of African descent and wearing a pair of gold, black, and red earrings cut in the shape of squares. They might be polished shell or painted shell. Her grey garment is like a hooded coat. I feel as if she wants to move slowly. That doesn’t mean she’s not excited for you, because she is. But she moves. Slowly.

I got an immediate kick for you from a past life reading, so I went with that. What I see is the back of a house, a townhouse, a British or Irish townhouse built as part of a terrace, in red brick, in the Victorian era. There’s a little girl in the top window. The room is full of light. She has a white pinafore over a black dress; black woollen stockings, black shoes, long dark hair. She’s waiting for someone, looking down at the garden and the gate which leads out to a path behind the houses. The child is you. The person she’s waiting for is not her sister but a kind of sister-figure (unclear how). It’s someone who I believe is in your life again now, connected to you, not your precise age but up to about 8 years older than you. If you haven’t found her yet it’s because you’re still waiting and still looking out. If she’s in your life she’s a source of happiness. I think the two of you recur in each other’s past lives.
