Two Zephyrosaurus are seen standing in a bayou of the Appalachian region during the Late Cretaceous. The male is courting the other with a display of flowers and plants he has collected. The one he courts, her name is Evangeline

This is self indulgent as hell please forgive me. I am a simple man and I wish to draw cute dinosaurs giving each other flowers while rewatching The Princess and The Frog  Critique is welcome! but I should mention that the intent wasn’t to be 100% paleo accurate, just to experiment around with art techniques ^^’

My (most definitely late) contribution to the meme

Technically, there is no evidence of the possibility of dinosaurs crossbreeding (Let alone two species as different as a Parasaurolophus and Zephyrosaurus), just thought it would be funny to make this

The Mesozoic Era, my mascot series. Essentially Looney Tunes but with dinosaurs with this being the main gang

The Character Breakdown:

- Silver as the lovable and optimistic mascot (akin to Mickey Mouse and Spongebob) with Green being his laid-back best friend. Silver is more energetic and naive while Green is more relaxed and grounded

- Deeno and Zera are basically the dinosaur versions of Tom and Jerry mixed with Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner. (Sidenote: Green and Zera are currently dating)

- Pterry, inspired by classic Woody Woodpecker in both design and personally a bit. The chaotic neutral of the gang

- Torry, the big bully. Kinda like a combination of Peg Leg Pete and Spike the Bulldog. He's a main antagonist to Silver, but can sometimes be Zera's bodyguard of sorts in the Deeno and Zera shorts. Torry's not evil, just a jerk

- Red and Gold, inspired by both Pinky & the Brain, and Ren & Stimpy. Red is an angry psychotic little gremlin while Gold is her dimwitted oaf

- Maya and Oliver is inspired by Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog (Underrated Looney Tunes btw). Maya protecting her eggs from Oliver

- Maximus, kind of a combination of Manny the Mammoth from Ice Age and Marc Anthony from Looney Tunes. Constantly protecting his wife from various dangers from predators to natural disasters
