HAPPY ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO MY SIM AU!! AAAAAAA

It’s been an awesome journey so far and I have a LOT of emotions but I don’t want to bore you so I put it all under the cut :’)

Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far! This AU has definitely come a long way, and I’m beyond amazed at all of the love it’s gotten. Truly, truly, thank you all!

What to say, wow...when I first came up with the idea for this AU I did not think I’d ever wind up here. I honestly wasn’t even thinking of posting it, but after sharing it with my pals Ferrah and Erika I was encouraged (after some yelling and tears) to post it!! And wow I do not regret it a single bit :’)

It’s developed a lot over the past year, and I guess the reason why I’m so attached to this one in particular is because of how much thought and effort I’ve put into it. Out of all of the AUs I’ve made, this one is my favorite and has the most amount of art/content, which is definitely something to be recognized!! :0 I’m really shocked at how much I’ve poured into this AU, and it’s become so very very dear to me. I don’t know where I’d be without my AI Lance ;w;

I’m being really sappy lmao but I literally?? Could not have even gotten to this point without you guys. Your love and devotion to this AU is what really makes it shine, and it’s what inspires me to give everything I have into making more art for it! I really couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your support! I’m so glad you’re all as invested in it as I am, it really makes me happy ^^

I hope that over this year I’ll continue to produce content for this AU and (hopefully lmao) update tons of new chapters for the fic as well! And I hope you’ll all stick with me throughout it. It’s always fun to have people to talk to about it, so thank you again!!

Hi! I love your art and aus and I had two things I wanted to ask you about. The first thing was that I saw this little doodle about an alternate sim au? And I was confused and was wonder if you could explain/link the stuff for me? The second was that i think that when lance gets sick in your Angelfall au, you said his wing gets replaced? So I was like: what if this "corruption" stuff went into his wings eventually and formed a new "corrupted" wing that was like black and twisted and devily?

Anyway as for your questions, the alternate Sim AU—ahh there’s technically two? One was an idea brought up by a friend about Lance and Keith’s roles being reversed, with Keith as the AI and Lance as the last remaining Paladin. The other is a “what if” situation revolving around Zero. That alternate Sim AU involves Zero being successfully created without any errors or bugs and becoming the AI Lance we know now, just with his own unique personality!! And since things progress differently in this alternate verse Keith also looks different too ^^ Hopefully that clears things up? I haven’t drawn anything for either tbh but maybe I will sometime in the future!

And, for the other thing—HOLY SHIT you’re pretty much right on the mark, how did you guess that lol? Eventually Lance uses his corruption to his advantage and restores his missing wing into a black one! It’s not really twisted or devilly though that would be a pretty interesting concept…I might do smth with that haha. But yeah he also gets super cool black markings on the right (?) side of his body where the new wing is. And one of his eyes changes color. It’s pretty rad ^p^

He doesn’t really know what love is, but he supposes what he might feel for Keith is love. He feels the strong affection and true joy in seeing him, feels the bitter jealousy and hopelessness at watching him with Lance...
