You’ll do as much as possible when resolving Deathrender’s trigger, which will be putting a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. You can’t attach Deathrender to it since Deathrender is no longer on the battlefield.

So stoneforge masterwork, I equip my zombie token with it and have say one other zombie token on the field with a mephidross vampire. That means it gets 2x+1+1 for the other vampires and 1x +1+1 for the other zombie, correct?

No.

It gets +2/+2 total because it shares one or more creature types with two other creatures you control.

If I have psychosis crawler on the field and I cast windfall/wheel of fortune does it kill the crawler because I temporarily have no cards in hand?

No.

State-based actions are never checked during the resolution of a spell or ability. They’re checked afterwards. Since Psychosis Crawler is back to having a positive toughness, nothing is amiss and it won’t die.

Say I am in a five player game and I equip blade of selves to my Omnath locus of rage how much damage can I deal from the dying copies? how does it scale up/down? I don't seem to get the math right in my head.

So you attack one opponent with Omnath and Myriad triggers. Assuming you make all the tokens you’re able to make, you’ll have three copies of Omnath enter the battlefield, then you’ll have to put all but one Omnath into the graveyard. Each of the four Omnaths willl trigger three times (once for each of the three copies that died), thus giving you twelve triggers to point at the creatures and players of your choice.
