A while back I saw a post with a collection of vintage pictures showing couples just being sweet and in love and all of them were perfect Xuanli material. So today I finally sat down and doodled a bit based on the one pictures I liked most of the whole bunch. :)
@heyninja suggested Jiang Yanli and Jin Zuxian having a good time together and again. That’s a prompt I am always happy to draw something for! So please enjoy this awkward man being all soft about his perfect wife. :D
(Yes, I gave up on figuring out the background. Please imagine she is sitting on a window sill or something, thank you.)
Next part for MerMay 2022: Jiang Yanli and Jin Zixuan. This year I allowed him to be a mermaid as well, last year only she got to be one. So I guess he got promoted. XP

Another poly pose prompt! D2 with Jiang Yanli/Jin Zixuan/Lan Xichen >:3c
Based on the idea that WangXian gets their shit together in their teen years, Yanli and Xichen get to chaperone their little brothers on their dates and bond over shared experiences of oldest siblings while Jin Zixuan gets to mope and write dramatic sad poetry about it. (It takes a while to work through several misunderstandings and confusing feelings but they manage to get together in the end, much to Zixuan's surprise who has no idea how he ended up with both of these wonderful people.)
The original idea was set in modern au but as you can see, I was in the mood to draw long hair and robes. So here we go. XD

Ohman this was such a fun prompt, thank you so much! I had at least 7 different ideas for this but decided to go with modern au Jiang Yanli and Jin Zixuan taking there son out for a happy day because these three did get done dirty in canon and deserve happiness! ;_;
(Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian are probably there as well, fighting over the last bit of cotton candy just around the corner. Mingjue is asleep on a bench, guarded by Meng Yao while Huaisang is dragging the Lan bros around from one ride to another.)
