I think xiyao gets the prize for the most divorced couple in MDZS, because what was this "You lied to me again" "Once more. There won't be a next time" "That's what you said last time" bullshit. Why was Lan Xichen acting like a cheated wife strengthening her resolve to leave her toxic husband

Mingjue and A-Yao could learn a lot from lonelyeyes because I’m pretty sure that they only needed to be able to recreationally divorce each other and they would have avoided a lot of bloodshed. They get married just for the sake of getting divorced in increasingly dramatic ways and they are too occupied in this petty game to bother anyone else and (in Meng Yao’s case) scheme. What I’m saying is that they need what Peter Lukas and Elias/Jonah have, yes I know how those two ended and stuff but they didn’t have a Lan Xichen there to be their third/divorce lawyer so maybe 3zun can make divorce work as a form of saving the world from Meng Yao’s daddy issues.
