I loved the new update!!! Spoilers below!!

I've heard a lot of complaints about how easy it was but I actually really liked that. It makes sense that it was easy, Easterman was fully convinced nothing could live down there. I'm sure after this that might chaange but in the meantime of course it's not guarded. And it felt very much like the first game

When you get into the rig remover me and my bf (who I escaped with!) genuinely thought it was the end and the dread I felt that Amelia had betrayed us was amazing. And being not only stripped but briefly separated? Terrifying!!!

The best part of course was Henrietta, seeing her eating the head was insane, and all her dialogue about Dorris??? Heartbreaking. She deserved so much better.

Now I'm not sure if we actually manage to escape like yeah we left the facility but practically naked in the desert? I hope we make it far and even find Lamar (I wish we could have taken Noakes with us)

I'm also very curious about how exactly the E.S.O.Ps are attached, clearly there's a harness and you can remove at least parts of it enough to change clothes.

As for the new documents I only have the second one in the "Retrieving Easterman" section but reading about him losing it makes me really hope he's going to be the next ex-pop if not Prime Asset. I know it's unlikely but it would be so fascinating with Clyde taking over.

For Ishimondo, I've seen the interpretation that they are soft together, which is 10000% valid. But also, they are great together because both of the are so unyielding, stubborn, and loyal. While other people are either annoyed at them, intimidated, or scared by them {appearance and loudness}, Taka and Mondo can take each other's passion and personality on a daily basis without hesitation. They are so strong, put them together and you got two strong boyfriends loving each other!

YES

I know for me I can can really obsessive over a fandom/ship for various reasons. But I personally really like ships I feel both parties really benefit from and build each other up. Sure Ishimondo is adorable, but that's just a bonus! They are both loud passionate bumbling dummies.

Mondo is a loud and proud biker man that has no clue how to even begin handling his past trauma or emotions. He lost to most important person in his life and arguably the only person he had. I subscribe to the idea Daiya raised Mondo best he could and did all he could. So losing all that support system he had and to suddenly be on his own- ugh, poor corn man. AND TO FEEL GUILTILY OF THAT DEATH ON TOP OF IT-

Now Taka- Taka is also very loud and very proud just in a different way! Putting a 100% in everything he does and for a good reason! Being overshadowed with hatered for something that wasn't even your fault but was your punkass Grandfather is beyond frustrating and for Taka? Someone who is driven to be best at everything and deserves more praise then he gets. To still be reminded of a past failure that isn't even his own? Taka overly obsesses on fixing something that isn't his fault to begin with. Part of me wonders what Taka would want to be without that over hanging shadow. Taka tends to miss a lot of the finer things in life because of this. All work and no play makes poor Taka a tired man!

Together tho? Together they build in each others strong traits and help each other on the personal wounds. Mondo encourages Taka to keep reaching for his goals, brings new fire to that passion! But is also there to remind him it's ok to stumble. It's ok to take a breather! He is here for his Kyodai whenever he needs him! He might not be booksmart but he got the spirit to help fuel that passion and help Taka succeed! Also here to make sure Taka actual takes breaks to just breath.

And Taka to Mondo? Taka here to always encourage and firey up his bro! But- mabye guide that passion along a more sustainable path. Mondo has taken a interest in carpentry? Heck ya! Taka is here to overly praise everything he does and is excited to see him grow his skills! But importantly Taka is also here to remind Mondo it's ok to be sad, it's ok and healthy to process grief and pain. He can't bring Daiya back but he can assure his bro that what happened wasn't his fault. Daiya choose to save Mondo. He wants to see him be happy and do something to honor both Daiya's and his own legacy!

Both of them are so strong!! With some soft spots that they both help each other with and built each others strength and learn to deal with the weaknesses. Apart they are great! Togther? I don't think anyone could stop them!!
