The large mer laughed at the antics of the little womer, leaning his elbows into the bar. His facial tattoos almost seemed to swirl over his milky chameleon flesh, and his pale eyes took in his surroundings. He raised an eyebrow at her remarks, a slight grin tugging at his lips before he spoke.

“A travesty that. Never knowing the embrace of a kitten? A half-life for sure.” Now his grin fully showed itself, and he winked at her, “As for knowing the embrace of a man, she may not be missing much. The men of Skyrim seem… rather small when it comes to size.”

He gestured to his slightly too small clothing, “It makes it hard for a proper sized mer to find good clothing.” He shook his head sadly, "And poor ladies trapped in such a place, with these cold minded men. There's a lack of spice in their lives. Or so I have discovered in my travels," Here he grinned again, "But it is something I do try to fix for them."

Refuge

She felt hot, hotter than usual. Halatrix trudged through the snow, dragging her feet through the cold white powder. Her red cloak wrapped around her shapely frame to better mask the profuse amount of blood that stickied her blackened armor. 

when she looked up through reddened vision, the blurred outline of a building took shape. An Inn! Mustering what strength she had left, the Redguard pounded on the door. Halatrix then leaned against the door frame, careful to avoid disturbing the various arrows that stuck out of her back.

Adelein (which is default don’t worry!)

3.Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?

Adelein’s accent is really hard to pin down. Not because I don’t know what it would sound like but because she’s gone through two different accents in her lifetime starting with a bretic accent speaking common (similar to a french accent speaking english) and then that got slightly washed out when Adelein abandoned bretic to favor dunmeris when she was still a child. In my personal cannon, the change in dunmeris accent in Skyrim (the game) mainly attributed to the difference between inland and outland Morrowind (that weird pseudo-British thing but that’s a whole different topic aside from the point). 

When she speaks common, Adelein hardly deviates from Imperial pronunciation but on occasion her hybrid accent may show through.

He choked out a laugh, swallowing it back as it halfway transformed into a sob. "I was named after my grandfather." He finally opened his eyes, staring down at the floor, "They wanted me to follow in his footsteps, be a great warrior and raider. And I just.... I couldn't."

"I get by." He said softly, watering a small plant hanging in his kitchen windowsill. "I don't think its too much, and I just rent really. I travel so much now, doesn't make sense to actually own a place."He sat down his water jug, saying something singsong in Bosmeris to the little plant, before turning to face her and hopping on his counter.He chewed his bottom lip for a moment, then smiled slightly at her. "How've you been?"
