Georges Jeanty isn’t much a fan of continuity:

Severin’s girlfriend is bitten and dies...

When she awakes as a zompire, her clothes also have changed... you can argue that her short was ripped and turned into a skirt, and her shirt got too small for the new body, but the long socks? And accessories?

BtVS S9 - The Siphon

Severin The Siphon takes power from supernatural beings.

The more he takes, the stronger he gets.

He enters a nest with hundreds of zompires, and after killing all of them, he gets very powerful.

But how does he manage to kill more than a hundred zompires before taking the power from more than a hundred zompires?

I mean, Severin needs to touch his victims’s heads, one by one, to do it:

Which makes it rather difficult for him to do it to more than a hundred vampires without having the power of more than a hundred vampires.

This has nothing to do with anything

But I was thinking about like. A horror-adventure type scenario

in which people are being turned into zombie-vampire type things, and Rat n Mat have to Fix That before everyone dies/gets vamped

Except Imperius gets vamped somehow so now they're dealing with that too. He is much scarier than a human zompire. And he wants to take a bite out of Malthael, specifically.

Mat has never before feared Imperius, but now he does, just a little.

Inarius also gets vamped bcuz why not and chases Tyrael around for a bit. This gives Rat some Complex Feelings About Stuff. Also he would hang from the ceiling and hiss at people anyway so he may as well try and eat someone too.

Ends with a magical fix all where no one dies everyone gets un-zompired

Imperius might stay a little bit vamped. Just a tad. Enough to keep the fangs and contemplate chewing on Malthael every now and again. Rathma is weirdly into it (of course he is.)
