Mmm, no, I don’t think that’s always true.  I think people are allowed to occasionally post an opinion without having to be hit with a long-winded counterargument.  Not every post is an invitation to a debate.

Like, if someone was asked “What do you feel about jam?” and answered “I hate it, it gives me hives,” I don’t think that person would deserve to be bombarded with people telling them why jam is very good, actually.  And I think they’d be in the right to be a bit snarky when someone goes on a tangent about why jam is so good and they’re wrong about it.  All they were originally asked was to state their opinion on jam, and they simply gave an answer.  They did not end it with the statement, “I dislike jam, but I’d love to hear opposing views.”  They just answered the initial question about their feelings on jam.

moitie is overrated, the quality is nice but the simplistic designs just dont seem worth the price tag

a lot of taobao dresses that are OTT are just hiding shoddy construction and simple designs with lots of embelishments and fancy printed fabric

ive yet to see a taobao dress worth the struggle of ordering from a shopping service. im also lazy, id prefer to buy from a reseller at a slight markup than a shopping service :(

twin tail wigs that are two ponytails + a short wig look WAY WAY WAY better than two ponytails + a long wig. the latter looks too heavy and fake.

having purchased my first “new” AP dress in years (dreamy parfait which came out last summer) i am unimpressed with the new construction of AP dresses. while the dress is light and roomy, great for summer, it feels delicate, moreso than any dress i own. miracle candy is over a decade own now and ive worn that dress probably over 20 times and its stil in tip top condition, the print still even has glitter in it despite the numerous cleanings. i cant imagine dreamy parfait lasting that long. also chiffon print is never as nice as just printed cloth like cotton

fairy kei style never really existed in japan and it was really misunderstood in the western jfashion community. spank! style was cuter and more wearable than the western interpretation of fairy kei

larme kei is normie fashion. its cute but its still normie. 

some people sell liz lisa way too much on the secondhand market. liz lisa is basically just slightly more expensive and well made fast fashion, years old pieces probably should be going for more than fourty bucks

i dont get yamikawaii/menhera. it just looks like nurse themed fairy kei :(
