One of the many sad things about the lack of an RQG brazilian fandom is that the song Oceano from Djavan would be perfect for Zoscar fic tittles.

Like I don't think it is the Zoscar song but I think it is the Zoscar fic song (there is a cleae difference in my head, I cannot explain it).

"Você deságua em mim, e eu, oceano" (You flow into me, and I'm ocean) is the perfect Zoscar fic tittle. [And the next sentences in the song are:

"E esqueço que amar é quase uma dor"

[And I forget that loving is almost a pain]

Só sei viver se for por você.

[I only know how to live if it is for you]

And Oceano also has the sentence "Amar é um deserto e seus temores" (Love is a desert and all it's fears) wich is just a good fic tittle.

Also portuguese is a very musical language so the senteces just sound so good y'all. Like the translations are still cool and usable but the power of the words in portuguese! Like the sentence after life is a desert is "vida que vai na sela dessas dores" (a life that rides on the saddle of these pains) and no translation will ever sound as good.

Anyway Oceano is the Zoscar fic song and I sfill hope one day people use it's lyrics as fic tittles (even if the fandom is very dead) if I hace to do it myself.

I am a strong believer on "being gray assexual biromantic does mean Zolf can have sexual attraction of some sort and I think he does later on but not for Wilde" and "Wilde is still having casual sex while living with Zolf. He just never had as much casual sex as he likes to imply/could have because he is both cannonically an extreme workaholic and a lying liar who lies."

Like they didn't had an romantic/sexual traditional relationship! They are a QPR with different views on sexual/romantic atraction and they loved each other in different complex ways but still very much and lived together.

And honestly there is no way you introduce any version of Oscar Wilde to a world were non-monogamy is not frown over and expect him to be monogamous!

Episode 179 - For, I think, obvious reasons. I have rarely felt happier when listening to a podded cast.

Episode 177 - Not at the top because I think I had worried myself sick for a month over what was going to happen and this was too close to it to feel truly cathartic.

Episode 207 - It's hell on earth, but fuck is it a GREAT episode.

Episode 171 - I just love Wilde enjoying himself and Zolf being like, yeah he's having fun, leave him be. It's the calm before the storm and it's so good.

Epilogue 3 - Getting to see my boys happy was gorgeous payoff to the whole series.

Honourable mention: Sexy Battle Wizards.

18. it's absolutely criminal that the fandom has been sleeping on...

I FEEL LIKE I ANSWERED THIS IN MY LAST ONE. Man I have so many RQG rare pair ships but actually I’m gonna pivot and do @wishflower4 a solid for introducing me to Elliott/Willy in Stardew Valley. I’m gonna write more mermaids for them at some point I think. I think the awkward fisherman and the writer who’s… ah. Yes. Let me go fetch my clown shoes.

23. Ship that you’ve unwillingly come around to.

I am going to offend a lot of people I love but: when I first listened to RQG I didn’t ship Zoscar. Now. A decent portion of this is because I actually don’t ship by default: it’s rare that I pick up a show and start shipping without a prompt from someone externally because though I as a human am allo I read almost exclusively acely (it’s a real word).

Anyway I finished the show then started reading fanfic and the rest, as they say, was history. Wilde is my blorbo of all times and now I am (actually as we speak) now on my fourth re-listen I can’t imagine how I didn’t see it.

Even if episode 25 physically pains me.

My favourite character of all time, oh how I hate him. (But he does have a nice bum though)
