Mistletoe – DIRP girls (I didn’t even have a specific girl in mind for who he’s talking to. this is the last one btw! :D.)
Bambi was utterly bewildered and not to mention slightly terrified by the number of girls, even complete strangers, who’d approached him that day. Shy as he was, he could only stutter and half-heartedly bat at them with his hands as they drew close to leave a peck on his lips, before leaving him with nothing more than a “Merry Christmas!” After the fourth one in the last hour, he decided to get to the bottom of it. “W-why didya kiss me? I don’t even know you!”
The girl’s smile faltered. “You have mistletoe tied to your antlers… did you forget?”
Bambi looked up, cross-eyed, at the berries dangling off the tip of his plastic reindeer antlers worn in the spirit of the holiday. “…And?”
“When two people gather under mistletoe, they’re meant to kiss. I-I thought that that was why you had it hanging off there.”
Bambi’s entire face coloured. They thought he was asking for kisses?!
Pumpkin – I’m just going to be lazy here and say look at the first Alice one, because I honestly can’t think of another, somewhat entertaining way to write about Halloween decorating. Sorry!
(oh my god this was so hard to think of an idea for. They haven’t even met yet, but I just couldn’t think of anyone Bambi would need to “clear the air” with.)
Hatter stared at the scrawny-looking boy before him, unimpressed. This was a Bambi? He didn’t seem very interesting, clad in the same shade of brown all along the length of his body. Not nearly as wonderful as Hatter’s colourful outfits and hats.
Bambi shifted, uncomfortable under the other man’s scrutinising gaze. He felt like he was being turned upside down and inside out. He gave an awkward cough, before flapping his hand forward in the hopes that the other man wouldn’t leave it hanging. “S-so you’re Hatter. Alice talks a lot about you, you know. It’s nice to finally meet you in person.”
To Bambi’s immense relief, Hatter’s face broke into a grin, and he bounded forward to grasp Bambi’s arm with both hands and shake it vigorously. “Absolutely splendiferous to meet you, Bambi. Any friend of my dear Alice is a friend of mine! How doth this day find you?”
Bambi smiled back, while internally groaning. Oh boy, another person who spoke with dizzying levels of crazy.
Trick – Gaston feat. Surprise
Gaston was quickly beginning to regret staying for so long at the gym. The night had come faster than he’d expected, and it was now difficult to see the way to his house. The wind had started to pick up around an hour ago, and was now howling its way through the trees.
A curious whispering had started up somewhere behind him at the beginning of his walk, and he had turned multiple times, only to see nothing there. The whispering was quickly accompanied by different sets of footsteps, and Gaston suddenly had the urge to walk a little faster.
He flinched as a dog began to bay somewhere in the distance, before chuckling and running a hand through his hair. Whatever beasts were out there would be no match for him. He was the one monsters needed to fear.
“RAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” “BANG!”
Inhuman shrieks sounded from right behind him, and Gaston gave a shrill scream before spinning on his heel. He was met with the sight of the members of the island’s club against hunting. Bambi and Boo giggled and high-fived each other. The source of the loud noise was quickly apparent from the streamers on the ground and the party popper in Giselle’s hand, who stood a few feet away. She gave a look of concern. “We didn’t scare you too much, did we? I’m sorry, that was rather mean.”
Bambi looked at him with a triumphant grin. “We just wanted to show you what it feels like to be hunted. Not a fun feelin’, is it?”
Gaston just gaped at them.
