Ref txt: Daisy is a kind girl who prioritizes building trust above all else. She always offers a helping hand to others, and if there’s ever a need, Daisy is the first to fill it. Building, foraging, preparing for the coming seasons, the last thing Daisy would want is to be useless or a waste of space. And so she spends most of her time working despite her young age.
Daisy views all life as sacred and precious. Every seed, plant, and animal having their place in the cycle. Even when scavenging or hunting, she never takes more than she needs. From the very beginning, Daisy always found herself more connected with the wildlife than others. In the Nowhere, animals that were normally aggressive would pass her by, and others even led her to escape from certain dangers. Daisy never took advantage of this, though, and parted ways with the creatures as soon as she could, so as not to interrupt the balance. When Daisy joined the Waydrifters, she started by helping take notes on plants and herbs. Over time, though, it became monotonous, despite her love for it. She wanted something new to do. So, Daisy started looking beyond her work for other ways to help. Finally, Daisy sought her first challenge and began taming small animals. Rather than just hunting creatures for food and traveling through way of caravan or by foot, by taming these creatures, she believed it would make life much easier for everyone. Once she’d earned their loyalty and could use simple commands, she’d slowly work her way up to bigger and, albeit, scarier monsters. The others were worried at first and didn’t want Daisy to continue; She was told it was too dangerous, that she would get hurt, and to stop before she did. It wasn’t until Daisy disappeared and returned with a large horse-like creature with a jagged horn, whom she named Belle, that her potential was fully realized. After that, with the help of others, Daisy tracked down the animals that had proven to be bountiful with fur and others with fatty meat and kept them as livestock. She protected and herded them, fed and raised them, all to guarantee the best for her community.
A rambunctious young girl, despite herself, Daisy is known to throw tantrums and hold grudges over small disagreements. Nor does Daisy simply agree to whatever is asked of her, especially if it’s something she doesn’t want to do. On days when she is particularly moody, she sneaks out on her mount, Belle, and spends the day in her own world, a home away from home, connecting with nature in its purest form.
For Daisy, the Nowhere and Waydrifters have provided a home better than any other, but it seems she's also looking for something... or someone, despite her sentiment.
