after i went to the gyno and they told me the best thing i could do for my unbearable endo period cramps was eat even more tylenol i decided to try what reddit told me to do (lol) and after many different at home health care methods i finally found one that works for me… i can personally recommend drinking raspberry leaf tea i went from chilling at an 8/9 on the pain index to like max a 5. life changing fr. i’ll still take a couple tylenol but i used to like, sit in bed in agony watching the countdown for when i could safely take more painkillers. now im free
