let’s talk about how Taylor name-checked Stella McCartney in London Boy and she wanted to make sure Stella was okay with being name-checked so she made sure to tell her about it, meet her in person and play the whole song for her… because that’s how you should get someone’s permission to use their name in a song, not like idk over the phone using very manipulative/vague language and then when that other person asks to hear the full song and name-check in full context you say ‘yeah sure’ and then… don’t… it’s almost like she’s a mature adult who cares about other peoples comfort and opinions wow crazy
