Backstage at Balmain SS 2016

In contrast to last season’s spectrum of colours, Balmain’s glamazon clothes took a softer turn this season. Macrame dresses and soft ruffled pants in shades of white and nude went down the runway in Paris to Michael Jackson tunes. But don’t mistake that for weakness - the Balmain girl is still every bit a strong, warrior princess, which the metal jewelry and slick updos conveyed.
