Don’t worry, it’s not too angsty (I know some of you actually wanted a bit more angst, and I had intended to maybe lean more into that for this little story, but it ended up going in a slightly different direction, so sorry if that’s what you were hoping for! I might consider doing an alternative version, as I did have something else half written… we’ll see…)

I’m trying to get back into posting a bit more regularly, so here’s another little Sunday update 😊 One day I might try and actually write something with some sort of real plot but for now… snippets seem to be all I can manage 🤷‍♀️ This one is a bit angsty to start with, but (unsurprisingly for me) that doesn’t last too long! Thank you for a new chapter, I really enjoy what you write and think your writing is great!! Also It’s been a while now and I’m just wondering what your views are on tayley and whether anything over the past few months or throughout her tour has changed your viewpoint or if you still feel the same as last year? When I see negative comments all over the internet and so many people firmly stating they’ve broken up, it sometimes makes me question if maybe they are correct and I’m holding out too much hope lol. But I still think that they are together, just having time and space to grow and find themselves outside of each other and the band. Would be interested to know your thoughts!

Honestly, my views haven’t really changed. I’ve basically always thought that things are probably better than most people think - and whilst something may well have happened, I don’t know if it was quite as dramatic as has been assumed by a lot of people! I do think and hope that they are fine now (perhaps always have been), or are on their way to being. Like you say, they have maybe just needed to take some time to grow and find themselves outside of the band, and with the new freedom but also uncertainty that came with the end of the contract - but honestly all relationships go through ups and downs, and it’s part of life, and if you’re a strong partnership (which I believe they are) then you find your way through.

I completely understand finding it hard when there are lots of negative comments around - I get that too sometimes. But I try and ignore them, and remember that actually we basically don’t really know very much at all, and we’re all just speculating about the majority of things at the end of the day. But I think from what Hayley has said (in her cryptic way) and from really looking at the lyrics and finding parallels with previous albums etc, I think there’s as much ‘evidence’ to point towards a more positive view as there is of a complete break up.

Anyway, those are just my rambling thoughts! Maybe I’m also overly optimistic or delusional, but I’d prefer to keep thinking this way - and hope I’m not proven wrong one day! 🤷‍♀️

Haha well, I have done my fair share of manifesting, and maybe my writing is sort of part of that too… 👀 if I have in any way contributed to the recent wave of positivity then… you’re welcome! 🤣 I guess I’ll have to keep sharing things to keep it going… (no pressure 😅)

I can claim no secret magic powers sadly but sending positive vibes your way anon, just in case it helps ✨😊

Since people were so kind about my last update, it gave me the motivation to sit down and finish something I started ages ago - so here’s another one shot 😊 This one is a little introspective, and set in a somewhat vague/unknown era… but was very loosely inspired by Dream Girl in Shibuya.

As usual, it’s fluffy, if a little angsty too. And if you’re feeling a little shaky about the current status of H & T this may be a little painful, so I apologise in advance if that’s the case for anyone! But if nothing else, maybe this counts as manifesting? 🕯️🤞

Happy Sunday everyone! I’m back with a new chapter. I’m afraid it’s just a short one, as I’m quite rusty and also just testing the waters a bit… but since a couple of people suggested they might still be interested in reading more of my fluffy little snippets, here is a new one for you.

A throwback to the TIW tour, and Zac’s turn in the limelight doing Baby which was one of my favourite moments - for Zac’s energy and for the cute Tayley moments we got during it!

It’s fluffy, so if that’s not your thing, or if you’re not in the right headspace given ongoing uncertainty, this might not be for you! But hopefully some of you will enjoy this. Feedback always very welcome 😊

Oh thanks, you’re very sweet 😊 Sorry I’ve slightly disappeared from here, real life took over a bit and things have been quite busy for me in general so I’ve not been as good at keeping up with everything. But I’m still lurking around, and definitely enjoying all of the new content we’re getting from tour! I’d like to get back to my writing soon too, I make no promises but I might try and share some more soonish (if that’s of any interest of course).

Idk if y'all believe in this kind of stuff but all the astrology girlies are saying 2026 is going to be a big year for Sagittarius! Lots of luck in love, work etc. so I'm crossing my fingers for Taylor 😂 maybe this is the year we get his solo album 🤞

Ooh well I’m not super into astrology, mostly because I don’t really know much about it, but I definitely like the sound of that for Taylor! So I’m willing to believe it 😂🤞🤞

And yes, I’d love a solo album from him!! I’m not convinced we’re ever going to get one sadly but wouldn’t it be so great!?!

Anyways (don’t know if people still want to talk about it) I just read the interview from last week and the conversation that it started and I have some thoughts. Mostly I think how she decided to put the focus elsewhere by saying that the situation is more complicated than it might seem is very interesting; that plus speaking of the relationship using the present tense (as it’s stil something that exists) makes me think that it’s not over (but at worst a work in progress) - this is one of the occasions were she’s been the most open and I feel like if she wanted to make it clear once and for all that they’re done she would’ve worded it differently. I just think she knows they need time and privacy to work on things and she was trying to take some of the focus off - by saying that fans don’t/can’t know the full story anyways

Maybe I just didn’t understand her but I’ve also seen a lot of people (on other platforms too) getting the same impression as me, so🕯️

I pretty much agree with you, whilst she was still quite vague and at times a bit confusing in the latest interview, I do think there were some positive crumbs in there as you say. The tenses are confusing but it does seem to me like she’s talking about the relationship in the present tense and therefore ongoing (although I will say it could really be interpreted either way, so I’m trying not to overthink the grammar too much 😂)

And I had a similar thought, if she wanted to confirm a break up this interview would have given her an opportunity to do so in a relatively low key way, but she didn’t. Of course perhaps that’s just because she doesn’t want to say anything, but the fact that the interview mentions the fan speculation quite specifically, but she said (or was presumably ok with the interviewer writing) that it’s more complicated than that is just a reminder that we really don’t know what is going on, and it certainly may well be far less black and white than some people have feared. I am remaining hopeful that things are or will be okay in the end anyway, like you! 🤞🕯️🤞🕯️

I hate when it’s over but not over. The new interview is SUPER confusing 😭

I know, I agree, the confusion and uncertainty is not fun! It’s such a rollercoaster! I’d really like something a bit more specific (ideally specific and positive) but we’re not getting that… which might well suggest that it’s all still a little up in the air for her/them too?! Or just that she really doesn’t want to talk about their relationship but hasn’t quite worked out how to handle that in interviews.

Maybe we’ll get a nice birthday post or end of the year round up or something? Unlikely I know, but we can hope 🕯️🤞🏻🕯️🤞🏻

Well, I think I share the same thoughts as lots of people on the Paste interview. It’s confusing, and she does enjoy talking in riddles doesn’t she?! But whilst it’s more detailed and revealing than most of the interviews we’ve had, ultimately I’m not sure we learnt a lot of new information…

She confirmed again that a lot of the time she’s writing for her past self, letting out feelings she hasn’t previously allowed herself to voice, or things she thought she’d processed but actually hadn’t. And a lot more of the songs are about Paramore or the industry or her self-image/doubt than perhaps it might seem on the surface - so another reminder of the layers and complexities to her songs, and that whilst songs might seem to be about romantic relationships at first glance, quite often they are not!

And yes she talks about their relationship a bit, but in a mix of tenses and in a roundabout way that means it’s very unclear whether she’s talking about them being current still or past…

I think it’s just really difficult to know what the current situation is, but it does feel like if it was truly over, she might have confirmed it by now. The Paste interview would have given her an opportunity to do so, and they do touch on the speculation, but the response is that it’s more complicated than that… but what that means, I don’t know. It may be a rough patch or a break they’re working through, or have already worked through? It might be that she’s letting out feelings from the previous break up, and understanding more about that whole thing and the impact it had/may still be having on her? Or it may be that they did break up and she’s still processing it now… 🤷‍♀️

Obviously I have no idea but for what it’s worth, I think we can still be hopeful that though something might have happened, they are working through it (or have already done so). But that’s just me!
