Kirino blinked if there was something wrong but..

After hearing a excitement yet surprised face from the other, Kirino was surprised as well. Even better very lucky too. Being as roommates in same apartment was even better than being little apart to Kirino.

Surely, Kirino could tell that Shindou was feeling the same thing glancing at the face that he was making. As Shindou made a wide smile and leaned forward, Kirino blinked in surprised then grinned back in relief.

"Alright then!"

He smiled as he followed the other.

"I can't believe we got put into the same apartment, and the same apartment room! It must be fate in a way, right? You being here makes everything better," Shindou said softly, a light red dusting his cheeks as he turned to look over at his friend.

"Hey Kirino, is there anything specific you want to do after we go eat at the cafe once we're done with dropping your things off at the apartment? I can show you around wherever you like until it gets darker."

"Great then! My apartment is Candytuft, the room number is 1 for me."

Kirino  continuously smiled and glad that a familiar friend especially a close childhood friend of Kirino to be met like this. Not to mention helping out as well. If they lived little far from each other apartment, then it was okay. The two would visit each other’s apartments or maybe contact each other by phone or emails.

"Sure, I’d like to know about  the city more to get used to it."

Wait, did he hear correctly? Candytuft apartment room one? That was exactly the same place he was currently residing in. 

A look of surprise was evident on his face as he blinked a couple of times, processing this piece of information, "That's where I'm living too. This is great, we're roommates!" 

A wide smile split his face as he leaned a little forward, even more excited. 

"Awesome! Let's head over to the apartment then."

So that’s why, Kirino thought. His childhood friend lived in wealthy family, so Kirino could understand. Though if Shindou used to lived here, maybe he knows the city well. He nodded at Shindou and smiled back.

"I see, so you used to live here. Do you think you could show me around? I’m also searching for my apartment so.. "

"I'll be glad to show you around. I just got my stuffed moved into my new apartment. What's your apartment name and room number? I'll gladly take you there!"

Seeing as the apartment buildings are rather close to each other, Shindou can visit Kirino often or Kirino could visit him. Either way, he was glad to be able to visit Kirino and not have to worry about forgetting to at least call, email or text Kirino when he was swamped with school work.

"After you get settled into your apartment, do you want to head to a cafe?"

When Kirino called out to someone for a direction, he didn’t realize it was someone who was familiar to him; especially as a close friend.

"Shindou?"

The pinklette was really surprised, but also relief to see someone he knew back in Raimon. It wouldn’t be too long he suppose, but he also didn’t think it was too short as well since the last time they were distanced. Though He was curious  what is Shindou doing in the city with coincidence.

 ”What a coincidence to see you here.”

A smile fit itself across Shindou's lips, glad to see his childhood friend, all thoughts earlier pushed to the back of his mind as he found it much more important to be talking with Kirino.

"I could say the same. I lived here before but I went back to Raimon for some family business and here I am again. I never expected to see you here though, it's a pleasant surprise to say the least."

    Kirino finally arrived to the humble city, taking him a long while to arrive. After he arrives, he was amazed how big yet peaceful the city was. 

   As he walks, he stopped and looks at the Sunset.The view of the sunset was indeed beautiful. Who knew a city like this one would have a pretty sunset view like back when he was in Raimon. Aside from that, Kirino knew he should start heading to his new home before night time.

  Let see.. The Apartment he’s in is called.. Candytuft Apartment, Room 1.. Well he was new in this city so it wouldn’t be too bad to ask around for direction. The pinklette looked around and spotted one stranger,

"Excuses me, you won’t if I ask you for some help?"

Shindou had moved out of Toshi City for awhile due to some family business back home but he was back now and it looked like he had to move into a whole new apartment, not like he remembered his last one anyways.

It was a good thing he already knew his way around, seeing as he already dropped off his extra things and made sure his two cats, Aria and Lute, were settled in before he left the apartment to explore the city once again.

So of course when someone called out to him, the first thing he did was turn around, not bothering to process whose voice it was until his eyes landed on someone really familiar.

"Kirino?"
