Your been in my body longer than any relationship. Your been consistently ruining my immune system. You've caused years of depression that professionals can't seem to help. I hate you. You've robbed me. Even my children. My sex life. My educational life. My "live life" experiences. I'm kicking your ass out....and I mean that from the bottom of my soul. Food is no longer want it's a NEED for fuel and nourishment ONLY. You can't multiple anymore. Have fun chewing on carrot and ginger juice. Let this good ole tumeric knock you out. I will enjoy my life damnit. I know the creator doesn't want me missing what he created.

Emotionally Unavailable people sometimes have no clue that they are. Majority of the time they honestly never had an example of an emotionally available person. You can't fault them. Please drink water and eat plenty fruits so you can also taste as good as your partner.

Please Exfoliate both your face AND body.

Please Wash, Deep Condition, AND Detangle!

Please try not use hair care products that say “Men” because they use the same fragrance as AXE which is harmful to both your skin and scalp. And IT STINKS.

ITS OKAY TO SMELL LIKE FRUITS. SHEA BUTTER OR FLOWERS. SMELL HAS NO DAMN GENDER.

There are ‘masculine’🙄 natural scents also; Eucalyptus, Sandalwood, Sage, Peppermint, etc.

MOISTURIZE EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. ESPECIALLY YOUR LIPS.

I was just telling a male some of this and his response was "Damn, come on I'm a man". I'm like what that got to do with anything. Your skin isn't different than mines. It needs maintenance as well. This way of thinking and being shamed to take compare of yourself is horrible.
