Commence eating disorder brain rot
There is only one thing keeping me alive and it's that I'm a coward.
I don't have the balls to kms. So instead i just sh and suffer endlessly and hope that maybe one day something with end my life for me
Being skinny is the only thing i think abt
No tags but sometimes, i be thinking about outfits. Like in my mind they look so good and then i try them on and remember I'm fat so it doesn't look good anymore.
Honestly, would it even matter if i killed myself? Like what difference would it make if i ceased to exist. I know one thing, i wouldn't be in pain anymore and my mom couldn't make me feel like shit anymore either
Any vegetarians follow me and have tips? I wanted to start my kinda vegetarian journey. Been interested in it for a while. I wanna do it because i just feel like one it would be better for me and two because doing the little bit i do might help some animals, ya know?

Thing I do to help myself out
Calorie count (i use FatSecret because it gives you a calorie amount based upon your body so you won't slow your metabolism down by only eating like 300 cals a day)
Drink at least 2 bottles waters a day (I'm aware this isn't a lot, but i used to not drink any water so I'm tryna work my way up to like a gallon)
Avoid drinks that are above 100 cals
Eat smaller portions
Chew slowly and really focus on chewing
Drink laxative tea at least once a week (never more than three times)
Weigh self every couple of days (weighing every day fucks me up mentally)
Understand that messing up by eating a chocolate bar or bag of chips does not mean the whole day was a waste
Waist train
When picking exercise routines/videos try to avoid squats (i already have a big butt so i don't want it to get any bigger 😅)

These are all relatively quiet exercises because I live in an apartment, and I tend to go for Blogilates because I’ve been with her a while. Warning, sometimes her never ending enthusiasm will make you angry as hell, but channel it into your workout.

chill! you’ve earned it. if you’re really needing to work out, do some yoga or maybe 1 min of wall sits. Give your body a break.
If you need to change the rest day to a different day to fit your schedule, do it. Just make sure to stick to the rest.

put in earphones and listen to music at a high volume

what NOT to do:
convince yourself you deserve the food

think food is the answer to stress
