Playing this baby right now. Just acquired her from a friend <3 She’s so beautiful. I’ve always wanted her. I’m hoping that putting cardboard under the battery contacts will keep her from glitching out like Salem’s usually do.
Just bought this cradle, and 3 others like it, from Wawe Studio on Instagram :) She is amazing and willing to do commissions. She previously did 3 other cradles like this one, so I bought all of them and commissioned her to do one more for my connection tamas <3 The cradle pictured is holding my proto-type V5.5 that I got on eBay a couple of years ago. Also, Pusheen is creeping in the background lol

Tamagotchi Friends Figure Line- Hit or Miss?
In 2014 when Bandai brought Tamagotchi back to America they launched the all new Tamagotchi Friends along with a new figure line. The figure line consisted of 17 characters that Bandai brought outside the device. These figures were made of plastic, had articulation, and came in different playpacks and playsets. Like the Tamagotchi Friends Digital Friend it was a Toys”R”Us exclusive.
But was the figure line a hit or a miss? Sales of the figures were definitely lower than expected, they were the first items of the Tamagotchi Friends line to be discounted. Do Tamagotchi fans want to purchase their favorite characters in the form of figures? If you take a look at the new Tamagotchi Friends Dream Town Digital Friend relationship map you will see that there are some new figures pictured on the back. Clearly Bandai had plans on releasing new figures alongside the new toy, but what happened? Bandai states that the figure lines sales were not great, and no retailer wanted to carry the figure line any longer.
What did you think of the figure line? Was it a hit or a miss?
I thought it was super cute, but I never had enough money so it wasn't a priority to buy them. However, I would be very interested if they released a stuffed animal line in North America. although, when it comes to a choice between a tamagotchi and an accessory, I will always choose the tamagotchi. It's not that I don't like the accessories, it's just that I'm usually broke and can only get one thing.
