That’s it babe, inhale all that lovely smoke deep into your lungs. Just enjoy the wonderful feelings it gives you. Remember when you didn’t always feel like this? You used to be just a social smoker. But then at your new job, you would join the other women during breaks and to feel a part of the group, you started smoking with them. They would light another one and you joined them.

You became like them; watching the clock (10 minutes to go) and trying to concentrate on your work and not think about your cravings (7 minutes to go). But it was getting harder and harder not to think about them (5 minutes to go). You would get cranky and irritable trying to forget about those damn cravings (3 minutes to go). You’d open your purse and feel relieved your pack and lighter was still there (1 minute to go).

Finally! Break time, You got up from your desk and in your tight skirt and heels you practically ran to the smoking area, when the boss came out of his office and said: “Miss Jenkins can I see you now.”

“Now boss?? It’s break time.”

“This will only take a minute.”

Aw shit, Nothing with him just takes a minute.
