What we could've had if the duffers weren't suffers
Will still can’t resist playing with Mike’s cheeks🤍
lesbyler
alternate universe where will confesses with a kiss and mike is still closeted and just freezes not knowing what to do. instead of saying "it's not my fault you're gay" or whatever tf he said
and he gets his act together in college. happy pride 🏳️🌈
I'm genuinely curious about the opinions of the people who defended Will's queer storyline in Season 5 by calling it a beautiful, realistic, and empowering queer story after seeing the backlash to the latest episode of Go For It, Nakamura-kun!.
The anime's latest episode ends with a queer kid getting rejected, and a lot of the fandom is upset. Many people are saying they're tired of seeing queer stories end this way and don't want more of these "realistic rejection" storylines.
And one of the biggest examples people keep bringing up? BYLER.
So what happened to it being such a beautiful and empowering queer story? Now people are using it as a negative example and saying they don't want queer characters to go through that kind of ending anymore. ☺️
It's almost like watching a queer character pine for someone for years, only to be rejected in the end, isn't as satisfying or empowering as people kept insisting it was. ☺️
cuteness aggression ☺️
“I’m glad Byler didn’t happen.” Why the fuck are bylers starting to say this now?
Respectfully I don't think milevens understand healthy relationships in any way. Because Mike treating Jane like a human doesn't make him some kind of god, that's BARE minimum!
And don't even try to say "b-but he was the only one who treated her like human🥺" because that's straight up bullshit, not true at all.
mike when he hears that will hasn’t had his first kiss yet and is nervous abt what it’s like
byler being the guys on the group chat to say "omg during pride month???" at every minor inconvenience or insult that the party does
"byler was never in the cards" mike almost killed his girlfriend to a record by the butthole surfers
i love the implication here that he played the butthole surfers but didn’t kill his girlfriend when it was in fact the opposite
and i love you coming into my house to insult my english
Can you imagine how differently byler would have gone if Steve had been the one to see Will and Mike on the field during sorcerer?? I love Robin but her gaydar is god awful while Steve clocked Vickie from 10 miles away. He would have butted into Wills love life and given some awful advice that doesn't at all work but the outcome leads to Will figuring out his own things that does work leading to byler endgame
I don’t know if it’s real or not, but there’s an alleged season 5 script, and M11s are happy because Mike didn’t say “I love you” in the Purple Rain scene because he was afraid of losing her...
You people are so male centered, it’s insane. Instead of being angry that Mike didn’t put his feelings aside and reassure his girlfriend that he loved her too before SHE DIED, you’re treating this bullshit misogynistic scene as romantic. I swear to god...
It’s so funny how Mike didn’t thank El for the painting or tell her how important it was to him 😭 Look at our main couple 🥰
saying byler was never in the cards is admitting to queerbaiting lmao do they not realize this or are they really that evil
they said they didn't give will a new love interest because they wanted will's coming out to be about himself but then went and made it all about mike? make it make sense
Sounds like homophobia with extra steps.
Can people stop pushing the conspiracy theories now? This isn't some elaborate bit the Duffers are playing here. They're just idiots and/or assholes.
People who stopped shipping Byler are so insufferable. Making shady tweets and calling Bylers delusional...girl, you were with us one month ago, still crying that Byler didn’t happen. Be serious.
