Tamsin waited patiently for Doreen to tuck in her tail and come back. When she did, she offered her a smile and nodded in agreement to her words. “Yeah, lets do it!” she said and turned to head to the closest Thai place. “Hey Doreen...did you register?”

Ah, you’re just being too nice now, but thanks, that means a lot. That’s a good quality to have, but usually when it’s tied in with paranoia, it makes it a little hard to hear and tolerate. But that might just be because I’m an intolerant person at times.

Oh yeah, definitely. I mean, they’re not wrong, but when you hear it twenty times in the span of a day, again, I’m intolerant, haha.

She knew she was jumping to conclusions but it was better to be safe than sorry, right? Although she wasn’t sure how they would prepare for something like that. “Yeah, okay. That’s good. They won’t shoot a plane full of kids down from the sky and we’d go incognito, so we’ll be good. Sorry, don’t mean to be such a bother about it. Who would have ever thought something like this would happen to us?”

I know, it’s fine. I mean, it’s the truth after all, isn’t it? Hopefully my mutation will be able to help others and hopefully they don’t catch me. I mean, I hope no on gets caught but--you get what I mean. Yeah...is it a good idea to keep the school going? I mean, there are people that know that we’re just a big group of mutants under one roof. I think we could possibly be able to save the kids under 18 though...say that their parents technically need to sign for them to sign the Act, so to come back later or something. And then move them somewhere else so they’re safe.
