Little 20 minute run because I've been a busy bee. Trying to get into the habit of doing some exercise where i can, instead of skipping a run entirely. Im going to try a 3.5-4 miler tomorrow

Quick run

Today I didn't measure my run but it was about 3.5 miles. It was a good run for me today, I didn't have any headphones, so wasn't distracted and I set myself small targets along the way. In around the last 10 minutes, I set myself the target of not walking. I know 10 minutes isn't long to go without a pause, but I always fall into the run/walk trap and struggle to maintain a steady speed. About 3 minutes in I was desperate to catch my breath so slowed down to the slowest run ever and it felt so unnatural. But I kept it up for the rest of the run and even managed to build up to a much faster pace again.
That was a huuugeee milestone for me and i'm definitely going to carry it on when I train this week.
