The line about Skulduggery’s former partner always bugged me. Skulduggery wouldn’t let his partner die. What if Skulduggery was the one to kill him because his partner was some sort of double agent? Telling the truth but leaving out the crucial information is something very typical for him.

I know their meeting didn’t happen like this in the books but i really wanted to try making Holly same-sized as Artemis but still looking older than him.

Alternative Trailer Ending

Imagine that instead of Artemis walking towards the camera in bad slowmo we wouldn’t have seen his face at all until the very end. 

Slow zoom to someone standing alone (so no size comparison) wearing a suit, their back turned to the camera.

The strange, raspy fairy voice asks him if he believes and the person turns around and to reveal their face.

And we suddenly realize that this is just a kid, who’s deffinitly not normal the way he’s wearing a suit and confidently smiling at the unknown world of magic and fairies. This is the only thing that needs to be said to immediatly understand everything we need to know about Artemis Fowl.

We know this is not a hero.

Okay so the teaser trailer happend and I’ve gotta admit i really, really can’t get used to seeing Artemis wearing his huge ass beach-sunglasses. 

So I changed them. Gotta see those judging eyebrows don’t we?

Also the ties in the movie are waaaay to thin. You can’t even buy ties that thin. Come on Disney, who are you trying to fool??
