I hate to have to do this again but I need help paying my rent again. For those who may not know my troubles started with my unlawful release from my last job due to disability discrimination.
I have had no luck in landing a job since then. I’ve been to so many interviews I can’t even remember them all but the second they hear about my physical capabilities (or lack thereof) I get the usual “we have found someone else for this position” call. I can’t lie to them because they’d find out I’m disabled sooner rather than later.

Recently I managed to get to a Rheumatologist and my RA has progressed to the point where I cannot work. I’m on my meds again and I have a follow up in October to see how I’ve improved/if I am physically able to work yet.
Naturally I really need to pay my bills and rent so I applied for SSI. They got back to me telling me my files etc on my RA are outdated so they’re going to consider me “not disabled”. I’m going to appeal this of course. I have an appointment set up to get retested for proof of my disease but that process is going to take a longass time.
During that time at least for now I’m going to need help, again sadly. I hate asking for help so much but I have literally no other choice until I can appeal my SSI case.
I no longer have a bank account due to it being closed for a huge amount of unfair overdraft fees that kept piling up to the point where we settled on just closing the account. I’m using paypal to pay my bills and rent until I can get my SSI case appealed and hopefully win.
I’ve also been rationing my meals to one small one a day to make my groceries last when I have them.

Anything you can give helps. My rent is 1095 (I miss typed 1045 on one of my older posts). Seattle has a huge homeless problem because of people having the same problems I have and while I feel for them I don’t want to join them.
