Silver Fang is Moving (kinda)

Alright people, I've been working on this for a while now but it's time to actually finish things up. From now on if you have asks for just Silver Fang, please send them to their new blog (a joint one along with my other PMD-E characters). I'm also reblogging a lot of their solo asks there for archiving purposes. Before I continue with anything else, let me make this clear. No, I am NOT LEAVING TAO TREE. Not at all. Any questions for the group will still include Silver Fang and be answered by them here. The only thing changing is their own personal asks that have nothing to do with the group. There are a few reasons I'm doing this, so let me explain. The six of us are all on different levels of how much we contribute to PMD-E now. Mew and Crystia (Acrobatics and Time Bandits) rarly do things with PMD-E anymore. Karu and Sho (Spark and Frostbloom) focus on other projects & work more. Kai (Bandit Bros) has started college and needs to focus on school (duh). All of this is fine of course, we all still love our characters but most of them don't have as much time as they use to. Personally, I'm still deeply involved with my PMD-E characters and I want to continue that. But by this point I also feel bad posting stuff on Tao Tree. Why? Because I feel like I'm spamming near 300 people with stuff they have no interest in. I'm being honest here, I know that many of the followers of this blog are probably just here for Bandit Bros (And Acrobatics) stuff. Why? Cause they are awesome, fun and very popular teams. So everytime I post something now it feels like I'm just showing people my garbage when they just wanna see stuff from the more popular team. Maybe it's my self hate problem kicking in or something but I've just gotten to the point I feel upset when I post anything on Tao Tree, especially since it's so dead most of the time now that even when I post rarly, it seems like I've bothered people. In summary. Silver Fang now has a personal blog combined with my other PMD-E characters. Any questions you have for just them can be sent there now. If you have questions for the whole Tao Tree group and you send them here, Silver Fang will still be a part of those answers. Any WIP drawings or art posts will be made on their personal blogs and if they relate to the other teams in Tao Tree it will also be reblogged here. I'm sorry everyone for this wall of text and I hope you understand why I'm doing this. Anyone who doesn't mind seeing my crappy art/asks can follow the new blog if they want. Also, since this is going to be a new blog, maybe I can get of my lazy/shy butt and send other teams asks as well (I couldn't do that before, since Tao Tree is a side blog, not a main one). The first image is the first design I thought up of, I wanted a three legged character, but it just didn't fit. And then of course, the final design sketches and some move set finalization in the art dump, and ultimately final colors for Aether!

No, actually the stories have advanced for all those in the group but we've been a bit slow with publishing stuff due to real world issues and other projects taking up our time. However, while most of us are no longer following the schedules of PMD-E group (Besides Silver Fang), we DO want to continue to share the story of the group, so we'll be posting either here or on DA (and link to that from here) for you guys to keep reading what happens to our friends.

One of my favorite panels from E7. Just cause of how adorable of a pup Dusty can be. Also, it seems the more I draw him the fluffier he gets. XD; OH! And the final count for tonight is four pages left to ink. 

Holy shit I got a lot done today. o.o By this time tomorrow night they should all be done! Then the word bubbles just have to be added. So warning to people who follow me on DA. Soon you're gonna get a major spam of submissions from me.

First of all, please ignore the horrible spelling. It will be fixed when I actually retype everything for the finished image.

Anyways!!! I’ve been working a bunch on getting stuff done for E7 and man am I cutting it close! *coughs* It’s gonna be a lot like my last Event, no colors, grey scale shading and really more focused on characters and their story. As for why I’m posting this preview… I just finished sketching the last page!

This thing is massive. 26 pages. An event is getting more pages then my largest mission. XD; Why am I this crazy? I also decided to do far more cameos this time. This page is just the start of it, there is a lot more to come.

But yes. I am doing Event 7. If all else fails I’ll upload the sketches before the deadline since at least they are clean enough you can understand what’s going on. But I’m hoping to at least ink all these before the deadline.

Now! How about we play ‘Lets spot and name the cameos.’ Shall we? ^^;

I don't know if this has been asked yet, but what made you all decide to make this group altogether?

Zyo : Heh, I think partly it came from the fact everyone seemed to be making PMD-E blogs at the time. But those of us who did want to make a blog were unsure (or maybe lazy. I know I was). Anyways, the six of us started chatting a bunch and from there things just kinda exploded.

The idea of doing the joint blog for our teams allowed us to all work together on making a fun group and pretty much all our teams were friends so it made sense. We convinced Kai to make the very cool header (which really does need to be updated) and I volunteered to code and design the layout (Karu helped with the design a bit too).

I guess the short answer would be... We were each too lazy to make a blog on our own so we teamed up so we could pick up each others slack and make a fun blog with our friends.
