It started raining the INSTANT i sat down to take pictures and I was like NO until I saw what it looked like in shaders and NEVER MIND THIS IS GREAT ACTUALLY

Dock/harbour/fishing shack dealie I've been setting up lately!! This was just a flat stone coast that I've been parking my boat at for a while, so I wanted to make somethin a lil fancier; apparently that turned into MAKING A SWAMP. I've been thinking about this mangrove/dark oak/moss palette for weeks and I'm thrilled w how it looks...!

In my head it's like, the place you'd stop in to rent a boat or get some fishing supplies. It didn't fit in this shot but there's a little box of live fish under the window too. Just a nice lil stop!

Time for yet another build! this time we have a nice lounge in the "Yuletide" village!

This one took a bit longer than the last since.. its kind hard coming up with ideas for a winter village at this time xD but once Christmas dos hit- I'll have more material to reference.

Now I love how the exterior came out! but the interior isn't the best! so any suggestions would be nice!

Paper Blocks!

This is another new type of dyable block. It comes in 5 different variants - plain, framed, vertical, horizontal, and double framed. You would first craft the frame that you'd want of the 5, then place the colored paper inside of the frame.

These would function similarly to glass pane or iron bars.

can I say it’s fucking bonkers that they prefaced this update announcement with “yeah like last year we’re only going to announce a few things that we know are ready, not the whole update”, you know, as though to tell us not to expect much. then they announced like, an entire new structure, several exciting new blocks, a new mob, a fancy new type of multiplayer spawner. and autocrafting. if this is “yeah just a small part of 1.21” WHAT ELSE IS IN THIS UPDATE.
