For @LucyLiu fans wanting to send gifts for baby Rockwell, how about making a donation to @unicefusa in his honor? š https://t.co/Cx6r8lr48S

and if youād like to have UNICEF USA send a card (an option on the donation form linked above*), you can use this address:
Lucy Liu c/o Elementary Silvercup Studios East 34-02 Starr Avenue Long Island City, NY 11101
*other countries have UNICEF donation options, although not all include the option to give in honor of someone else. Go to Support UNICEF to find the donation link for your country.
Iām so sorry Joan. Sherlock and I were working on this. You, you knew that.Ā I did what I had to do.Ā
Because of of course Lucy Liu took time off from her busy schedule of separating people from their heads to feed a random bunny
She is *everything*.
Fucking Flawless
I feel compelled to reblog this every single time it appears on my dash. Because that face IS flawless.

@ELEMENTARYStaff Ā Want a glimpse of Joanās new love interestā¦?
@ELEMENTARYStaffĀ Everyone knows that the way to a womanās heart is giving her an iguana.
@ELEMENTARYStaff Ā Some original artwork from @LucyLiu that will be featured in the set of Season Three! #elementary
Lucy's graphite pieces are gorgeous! Hopefully that's a wall in Joan's new apartment! :-)
favorite ladies: lucy liu
"Everything I buy is vintage and smells funny. Maybe thatās why I donāt have a boyfriend."Ā
"I try to believe like I believed when I was five⦠when my heart told me everything I needed to know."
Fierce ladies I adore 11/25 (in no particular order): Lucy Liu
"I wish people wouldnāt just see me as the Asian girl who beats everyone up, or the Asian girl with no emotion. People see Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock in a romantic comedy, but not me. You add race to it, and it became, āWell, sheās too Asianā, or, āSheās too Americanā. I kind of got pushed out of both categories. Itās a very strange place to be. Youāre not Asian enough and then youāre not American enough, so it gets really frustrating."

I love that Jon Michael Hill came out to support Lucy at the premiere of her short film Meena. The film can be seen for free here: http://www.meenathemovie.com
Lucy Liu: Child Trafficking Must End Now
No child should ever experience sexual violence, or any violence for that matter. Yet millions of girls and boys are trafficked into places where they are exploited, sexually violated and abused on a daily basis.
The expression āit takes a village to raise a childā is so true, particularly when it comes to violence against children. It takes an entire international community to create lasting change. Donāt get me wrong, there is real change happening in the world on the part of governments, individuals and non-governmental organizations, but we need to do more.
None of this is inevitable. It is preventable. Period.
Lucy rarely gets recognition for the tremendous amount of charity work she has done on behalf of UNICEF since 2004, but kudos to her for continuing to be such an incredible advocate for children all over the globe. She's an amazing person.
