My feature script, Lucile, has advanced to semifinals of this competition.

I haven’t even gotten to finals yet but already I’m feeling so happy, I’ve never thought my writing would ever get recognition of this kind. This is a real milestone, I think.

LAST SONG? If we're counting non-vocal soundtrack music, then "The Defeat" from the Gravity Falls finale. Otherwise, "Monster's Ball" from Helluva Boss.

FAVOURITE COLOUR? Silver.

CURRENTLY WATCHING? Not watching anything currently, although I plan to get around to watching Love, Death and Robots S3, maybe also rewatch Final Space through, and eventually get around to watching His Dark Materials S3.

LAST MOVIE? If we're counting rewatches, then Monsters, Inc.. Otherwise, the last non-rewatch film I watched was Nope.

SWEET/SPICY/SAVOURY? Savoury and Spicy, I guess.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS? Single.

CURRENT OBSESSIONS? Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, Murder Drones, The Amazing Digital Circus, RWBY (the fanfiction and fan stuff, NOT the canon), and the Monsterverse.

LAST THING YOU GOOGLED? Apart from artist names for a couple of my answers above when providing them, and apart from using the Google bar as a note-reminder for some other stuff on my mind? "Godzilla zeus twitter" when @princess-peregrine brought the meme more to my attention.

LAST SONG: “bad idea right?” by Olivia Rodrigo. But if we’re including soundtracks and the like, then “Cleric Beast” from the Bloodborne soundtrack.

FAVORITE COLOR: Jade Green

CURRENTLY WATCHING: Golly, it’s been too long since I’ve watched anything, it’s rare for me to get into a series in the first place; I prefer movies for being stories that can be easily digested in 2 or so hours (starting a show that’s already 5 seasons and 100 episodes long or so is mildly infuriating). That said, the last show I saw was Fallout on Prime, which I enjoyed quite a bit.

LAST MOVIE: New movie? Abigail, which was a huge ton of fun. Rewatched clips from Requiem for a Dream, Scream VI and Ginger Snaps for research on my WIP.

SWEET/SPICY/SAVORY?: Hot and spicy, pleeease. Maybe a hint of lime?

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single

CURRENT OBSESSIONS: Vampires and vampire stories! I’m currently working on a vampire horror screenplay (stay tuned!) Also the Scream movies, all of them but especially V and VI. Olivia Rodrigo. Fallout, always an obsession.

LAST THING YOU GOOGLED: “NCR ranger cosplay”.

“RED” is most likely taking a break as I pivot to the project I was planning on doing after it - “DEAD WOMEN”.

There’s plenty of body horror, and there’s well, a few dead women in it. And undead women too, actually.

Got the idea when I was listening to an Olivia Rodrigo song.

The Divine Dragon's Thesis, an animated action pilot that I've been writing just for pure personal fun for the end of the year, is finished. It's something just for myself and my friends and holy shit it was so much fun to write.

Moving onto my next proper feature after this - titled "RED".

Suddenly got an idea for a new riff on the classic Beauty and the Beast style fantasy romance movie. Might be something worth pursuing next year, we’ll see.

Dragons traditionally guard gold, no? Who’s to say they asked to be stuck in a pile of gold in the first place?
