So I do volunteer work at a zoo and I was sitting on a bench in the tropical house and a partridge hopped onto the top of the bench so she was sitting right next to me.

It was super cute and I wanted to pet her, but it was against the rules and I didn’t wanna scare her away so I just admired her until she jumped off.

All of a sudden I saw a yellow spider crawling on my arm, it made me panic a little but I just put my arm on a nearby table and the spider crawled off me and onto the table instead.

The same partridge then jumped on the table and ate the spider.

So I guess the moral of the story is: Respect other’s boundaries! Or else.
