From a silver device rang out a buzzed blue light, the Doctor sliding out the neck of his Sonic and giving it a glance before...his eyes found something a little more interesting gaze at. Was that...a child? Human child from the looks of it. The light dimmed and the front of his screwdriver slid down, the calm expression he wore swapping out for a more friendly one, putting a smile on for the kid.
“Well hello there! You’re definitely not a local, are you? Pretty sure this Earth, but this planet did come up a little fuzzy. Tardis wouldn’t even give me a proper year...” Tone dimmed, lowered head shaking back up once he realized he was rambling. “Oh! I’m the Doctor, and who might you be? I’d say we’re, what, about 35 kilograms underground? You’re not looking for a lift back up, are you?”
