Help Me Pay for Endometrial Ablation

Hi! My name is Evan. I am an almost-30-year-old genderqueer with a devastating chronic illness. I have Stage IV Endometriosis and I need your help. I am scheduled to have an endometrial ablation on March 20th, and I desperately need donations so I can have this procedure. This procedure is necessary for both my physical and mental health. It will help me with my debilitating chronic pain and allow me to continue to live my life.

I owe $2500 up front at the time of my procedure. This is $2500 that I do not have. The procedure will cost approximately $3400, with an additional ~$250 for anesthesia. I will also miss up to two weeks of work, which will cause additional financial hardship--I need to be able to pay my bills, eat, and take care of my three dogs.
