I’ve heard before going a long walk by yourself clears your head and helps your mind be at ease, so I thought I would try it out one night I couldn’t get to sleep, I got my Butt up and ready. I left at 5am with only my earphones,my phone so I could take some pretty pictures (as seen up above) and listen to an audible book. It was so nice and sooo relaxing, I watched the sunrise as I walked down towards the beach, then once I got to the beach I sat down and started to type down stuff on my mind, mostly the experience I just had watching the sunrise for the first time ever in my life. It was just amazing no words can describe how just exactly perfect it was, the moment I had just experienced, it was a nice crisp cold morning as I walked through the park, getting my shoes slightly wet because of the dew that lay a thin layer on the grass underneath my small feet, I couldn’t stop looking at the sunrise that was a lovely pinky, red colour and an orange glow in the centre, this was my happy place I hear myself saying a few times throughout my experience. It truly was I’ve never had such an experience like this, none so calming and none so pretty, I’ve truly found my happy place, the place I need to motivate my self more to go, the place I need to go when the stress is to much or when things aren’t going right, the place I would want to show my loved ones one day but at the same time I wanted to keep all to myself and make it my place…to be continued
