added some things,,,,
I miss 8059.
I was wondering what type of yandere the MysticMessenger boys were?
So many ideas, so little time… feel free to *fiercely* debate me on these, though.
Jumin is Possessive.
He can’t be blamed for what he does, if you think about it. He’s never been in love with someone who loves him back, he doesn’t know how any of this is supposed to work. Jumin doesn’t know that he shouldn’t want to own you, to spoil you, to keep you as his special little toy. And you’re so fragile, so willing to put his more problematic tendencies aside. He might tell himself he’s just being over-protective, or doing what’s best for you, but that hardly excuses his actions. Even if you see it as him… adjusting, for lack of a better phrase, both of you really know why he can’t stand other people staring at you.
Jaehee is Manipulative.
She only has the best of intentions, you’ll tell yourself. She’s just trying to help. And why wouldn’t she help you? You did so much for her, and you still do. It’s only fair that she repays the favor every now-and-then. It shouldn’t bother you that she takes care of some of your responsibilities, even if you don’t ask for her help. You shouldn’t mind that she takes it upon herself to make sure you’re getting enough sleep, even if it means slipping something into your tea. She’ll try to keep you oblivious, if only to stop you from worrying, but Jaehee’s a barista, not a master-mind. But, even if you catch her red-handed, what are you going to do? Accuse your loving girlfriend of hurting you? That’s just cruel, isn’t it?
Zen is Jealous.
His love for you is pure, even if it’s also temperamental. He loves you, genuinely and truly, but his trust is fragile. He’s wary of your friends, of your hobbies, of you. What if you get tired of him? What if someone takes you away? It’s a bitter, hot kind of jealousy, the type that can drive reasonable men insane. Maybe if you were constantly by his side, you two could have a normal, happy relationship. Maybe if he made himself your top priority, that hollowness in his chest would go away. Luckily, your dedicated boyfriend would do anything for you. It’s sweet, right?
Yoosung is Delusional.
It’s a contradicting ideology, to say the least. On one hand, he knows you’re not everything he thinks you are. Not as virtuous, not as kind, not as perfect. But, that doesn’t stop him from treating you as if you are. No one’s worthy of having you, not even Yoosung. So, anyone but your loyal servant has to be kept at a distance. He’s not very intimidating, but he’s cute, and knows how to cook. If you have to be sedated before you’ll listen to him about how vile other people are, then so be it. And if you still don’t believe him… well, other people are expendable. If you won’t get rid of them, he’ll just have to do it for you.
Saeyoung is Controlling.
To be fair, if you go along with everything he says, both of you will be happy together. It’s just… he can’t let you leave him. It’s not that he’s possessive, but he couldn’t stand being alone again. It would kill him. If he has to tie you down to stop that from happening, then he’ll learn to live with it. He’ll cry, or whine, or make threats, as long as it gets results. It won’t be fun, sure, but sacrifices have to be made. He knows you’ll understand, even if it takes some time. When he’s done, you won’t have a choice.
Jihyun is Submissive.
Well… ‘submissive’ might give the wrong impression. He’s whatever you want him to be. If you ask him to be aggressive, he won’t hesitate. If you need him to comfort you, he’ll be your shoulder to cry on. Whatever task you ask of him, however arbitrary, he’ll complete. Jihyun wants to see you be happy, it’s like nicotine to him. Small bits of praise, affection, even a simple ‘thank you’… by the time one of you realize something is wrong, he practically needs it. Old habits die hard, after all.
Searan is Protective.
He’s doing his best, remember that. He wants to forgive the world, to move on and live a content, quiet life with you. But, as time passes, he finds it hard to stop from flinching whenever someone speaks too loudly. But, don’t let this worry you too much. Searan would rather die than let any of that happen to you. He worships you, the last thing on his mind is causing you pain. Sure, he might make threats, or keep you locked up, or sob when you seem reluctant to love him, but he justs wants you to be safe. Happy and secure… and by his side.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Vitamin C and AHA Serums from Bare Better
Better beauty.
Better business.
Better future.
Bare Better was inspired by the concept of never settling for 'just good'; always striving for better, and it launched its flagship line of serums just last September 10. Yes, this very trying year of 2020!
The serums, fondly called 'The Betters', come in six (6) variants that target specific skin concerns. Each retails at only 220php. And did I mention they're locally made? Totally a plus!
With the constant stress-induced breakouts due to the ongoing pandemic, I was just so ready to try their AHA serum. Bought it together with a bottle of their Vitamin C serum. I plan to use the latter in the morning to target the marks that previous blemishes have left, then let the AHA serum work its magic at night.
If you've ever come across The Ordinary products, you'll perhaps find Bare Better's minimalistic, no-fuss packaging quite similar.
The products, both the AHA and Vitamin C serums, smell like baby powder. I like it a lot; it's not overpowering, but those who are sensitive to scents may find it off putting.
The serum itself is light, watery and easily absorbed into the skin, so if your skin type is oily like mine, you may still apply a lightweight or water-based moisturiser. I use aloe vera, and I've been told by one of Bare Better's distributors that the serums don't really clash with aloe.
I've just begun using the serums today. So far, no rashes or other adverse effects to be felt, which is always good.
I like that it smells good, it's fairly cheap (at 220php/bottle), and it doesn't feel as thick or heavy on the face when applied. Easily the best part for me though is that it's Philippine-made! #SupportLocal
Here's to hoping I've finally found what's 'better' for me!
You can head over to Bare Better's official Facebook or Instagram to see the other skincare benefits you can get from their 'locally made, obsessively formulated' products!
