If you go to settings on the tumblr app and scroll to log out your email is shown then you can just reset your password on the computer 0:

I already logged out of my tumblr on the app awhile ago and it never showed the email, I don’t know why though.

From what I understood from your about page, is after the whole deal with her death and the red eyes thing (I’ve only seen the anime and watched the songs so I’m not sure how things unfold on the novel) but she has no memory of it all o3o?

Pretty much, I mean I only did that to make it a bit easier for me to handle rping ayano (since I really wanted to rp as her). I don’t really know if it’s suits well, but if not, oops.
