Liquor haunts my liver Smoke haunts your lungs Grey fog haunts my sky Too much heat haunts your town The touch of sun haunts my skin The smell of chlorine haunts your hair White dog fur haunts my couch Black cat fur haunts your bed And both of are haunted by the voices in our heads

If one of youre friends is taking medicine for a mental health problem but you do not:

Don’t make them feel bad about it or tell them they don’t need them

More power to you for not having mental health issues but some of us do and try not to forget:

We don’t feel good about having to take medicine

Some of them, such a lithium, are scary to take. Dont make us more afraid

Don’t tell us we should try going to church or running

Youre not a doctor. Let doctors perscribe things.

Just encourage us to not forget them and hug us and tell us we are doing great. Because, everyone out there on meds is brave and I am proud of all of you.😘

I think there's something very therapeutic about having a dog sleep with its head on your chest.
