I personally missed vending machines at my university in-game. So I have made a functional version of my TS3 conversion “Choosy Choices Vending Machine” from the “Frat Living Starter Set”.

This vending machine can be placed outside, and will not break in the rain.

The machine uses its own menus and recipes for the drinks, so it will not override any other mods. :)

It’s time we talk about SimsDom again.

Most of you probably already know who and what Simsdom is but for those that don’t, Simsdom (or SimsDomination) claim to essentially be a CC finds website, which in essence I suppose they are… But don’t get your hopes up for a Lana replacement because they are SO much more than that. And not in a good way.

I know this is an old subject, and most people probably thought it was all over and done with, but Simsdom is still around and what’s worse is that I’ve noticed a growing trend among my fellow Game Changers who create content for Youtuber and Twitch/Mixer of promoting the site by using it to do CC shopping haul videos and streams, which is encouraging their viewers to use Simsdom. I’m not going to name names or point fingers but it made me realise that maybe some people don’t understand just how bad Simsdom is for the community in general, but especially for the amazingly dedicated CC creators of Simblr. And it’s just so disappointing to see people that some many in the community, including myself, look up to promoting this garbage site!

Maxis Match Tarot: Perfect for your clairvoyant sims!

I got my first tarot deck back in middle school and I have had an unhealthy obsession with them ever since. Naturally, that just means that I’ve been dying to get my hands on a deck for my sims. however, I’m pretty uptight about being maxis match, so none of the decks out there really felt right for me. That was, until I stumbled across THIS deck by @early-grape and I just knew I needed it in my game.

Actually, I was originally just planning on freeing the debug cards into decor objects before I saw @early-grape‘s set. After I got permission to use the designs, I then had another idea: I wanted to make a functional deck. Of course, I mean “functional” in the same sense as my spellbook cc, in that it’s purely cosmetic.

In the end, I ended up creating a floating deck that can have any table placed under it, an override for the playing card texture and special tuning to change the text when you click on it all in one. I would love to add more onto this little mod but I’m just not capable of doing that. If any modder wants to help me out, hmu.

The decor objects and tarot table are all base game compatible. The 5 decor objects come in individual files or a merged file. There are seven versions of the tarot table, only use one. Since the card texture is an override, normal playing card tables will use the tarot textures if installed.
