Hey! My names Taylor; I'm a 23-year-old cosplayer living in South Western Ontario. Whenever I see an Artemis cosplay I think of two things: 1) How hard it is to make that damn mask work and 2) They had to make that EFFING BOW! Well done!

Just saw your comments on this and a couple other of my Artemis posts (along with some other cosplayers!): thank you for showing us all some love 💕! Making that mask work was NOT FUN and the bow wasn't much better but they pull the look together and were totally worth the headache they gave me I think 😅👌

This time next week I'll be at Colossalcon :D~! This is what I'm planning on wearing each day but uhhhh Ariel/Fem!Keith are very much whenever I feel like wearing them hence the giant question mark sitting over them :') I also have no idea if I'll cosplay Thursday yet or not, we'll see lmaoooo. I'm so excited, but still have a ton of stuff to do - who else will I see there!?

I know it’s not Wednesday, but I’m posting some WIP photos of Artemis now in hopes that I’ll have more WIP photos to share tomorrow :P~! (Doubtful, but a girl  can dream). I have been super bad with remembering to take photos with this costume, so I took a bunch over the weekend of what I have done (the top photos, though my wig isn’t completely done) and some photos last night while I was working on stuff! 

I’m hoping to have my Artemis remake done to bring to Colossalcon... I may have to rush some stuff and cut corners (which I had been trying so hard not to do) but ah well - I wanna have her done to wear with my group and I’ll fix stuff up after for when I properly shoot her lol 

Also, Wowie I have been super inactive on my cosplay facebook/tumblr recently (opps, sorry). It’s hard to keep on top of all social media, but I’ve been a little more active on my instagram (@tayduffers) for those who are interested in keeping up with stuff~! And, I’ll hopefully have more stuff to post up here soon :D <3

Hi there, I don’t mind at all! :)

For the wig I used a pale blonde Venus from Arda and followed this tutorial here to style it - for the ribbons though, instead of securing them with elastics, I ended up using a couple pins at the top and bottom to secure them to the craft foam after tying the ribbon (they didn’t stay perfectly, but pins were a little easier to hide than elastics I found; I still used little clear elastics to keep the hair around the craft foam!).

Y I K E S, I have been awful with posting here recently! I'm getting towards the end of Winter term, but unfortunately I'll still be in school throughout the summer (last term though, yay!). Still, as the weather starts to get better, I hope to be able to create and post some new content!

In the meantime, I have been far better with updating my Instagram (@tayduffers) lately if you are interested in keeping up with me! I've got some cosplay photos, WIP photos for Ariel and Artemis, and lots of pictures of my doggo :P

Hope everyone else who is wrapping up school terms is doing okay - I know I'm struggling a little with all the final projects!!!!
