âI canât argue there, really. I like being a teddy bear, cuddles are amazing.â Remus grinned happily before nodding. âIâm just looking to find a nice rescue puppy. Yeah, Iâve been trying to convince him to let me dress a puppy up but he wonât agree to it. True, we just need to decide how weâre gonna go about getting a little baby. Disney truly has ways to mess you up..â
"I haven't had any of your cuddles so I'm not sure if you're telling the truth but I'll risk it and take your worth for it." She chuckled. "Well, then maybe you should come by the shelter some time. There are some pretty cute dogs in there that could use a nice loving home. Puppies aren't meant to be dressed up so I kind of get him in that. I'm sure there's plenty of options and I guess in your case, it'll either be adoption or a surrogate. I'm already in my late 20's and Disney still fucks me up."
maggiexmaddox:
âYeap, they were stuffed behind that bush there.â Maggie laughed as she looked up at her. âYour practice huh? Settling in well then? Iâll make sure to tell dad.â She taunted her lightly. âYou can double check but I already went over the main checks for them and they are all good - we just need to get them to the actual shelter.â
"That's so sad." Taylor sighed. "I'd like to call it that. Is that bad? I do like it there and I'm glad that your parents are willing to give me a chance." She smiled softly, glad to have gotten this opportunity. "Alright, well I can help you out with that. And hopefully we can give them all a nice home."
lake-vaughn:
âIâm not a very good liar. Iâll try better next time,â he laughed as she hit him. âWhat? Frustration with me?â he asked.
"You're right about that. It's pretty funny when you try. But in this case, I would've appreciated the effort." She teased. "Amongst other things." She tried to stay serious but shook her head. "Nah, just work stuff. It's been a tough week."
tfremus:
âI canât argue there. Looks are deceiving but just ask most who know me. Iâm a teddy bear.â He grinned before nodding. âThank you very much. Ah I was crying about how cute it is. Plus I really want a puppy⊠And a baby. I think everyone cries over the Lion King!â
"I do like big teddy bears. They're way better than mean assholes anyways." She smiled softly. "Then why don't you get a puppy? And I mean, you can always talk to your spouse about getting a baby. If you're both ready for it. Maybe a puppy would be good practise. That Mufasa scene kills me every time. Damn Disney."
romanxdawson:
âSo you just thought youâd come here to wind me up?â Roman asked as he turned to look at Taylor. âTell you what pop the hood on the car next to be and check her oil levels. She was pissing it this morning but if sheâs got enough left now then Iâve fixed the problem.â He muttered before he stuck his head back under his own bonnet.Â
"Oh come on, don't pretend that you don't like my company. I'm one of the fun people in your life." She smirked, winking at him playfully. She did love winding him up now and then. "Alright, let's see if you did a decent job with her. Got to treat a lady gentle and sweet." Chuckling, she rolled up her sleeves before popping the hood and checking the oil levels. "I think you gave her enough love."
marcusxdaw:
Marcus raised his brows. âOh God. I donât think I have the energy to re-create anything that happened over any of our spring breaks - and I canât believe I ever did.â she said with a laugh. âI am old. I got invited to a party the other week and just didnât want to go.â he laughed, a large grin appearing on his face. Marcus grabbed her hand and followed her as she lead the way.
"We were a little wild back then. Staying up all night, waking up on the beach to watch the sunrise. Nowadays I tend to fall asleep on the couch before 10pm." She chuckled, having sort of lost her wild side or it's hidden somewhere deep inside. "You didn't even want to go? We are old." Shaking her head, she nudged him playfully. "Let's just forget about all our worries tonight and just have some fun. Does that sound good?" Taylor smirked, leading the way and dragging him into the bar.
bexcs:
âProbably,â Bex was quick to agree, a smile still apparent on her face. â- you okay, though? Did I scare the soul out of you?â
"I'm alright. But you did scare the shit out of me. My life flashes before my eyes. The whole twenty six years. What a sad life i lead." She joked.
arloxaddison:
âIâm still sorry.â He answered her softly, he may not have been the greatest human ever but he had never been mean and he wasnât about to start now. âI am stressed.â He confirmed with a slight laugh. âBut itâs nothing I canât handle, Iâve certainly been more stressed I can tell you that.â
"Don't be." Taylor smiled softly. "And you know, sometimes it helps to talk to someone unbiased." She hoped she wasn't overstepping any boundaries since they were still sort of strangers. "I think we've all been stressed at some point. But at least you got your little girl here to get rid of it."
lake-vaughn:
âIâm being honest! Well Iâm glad you found it amusing. You will have to if you want to assume everyoneâs done it,â he shrugged before a smile broke out on his lips. âAlways am.â
"Well, sometimes you need to lie to your friends to make them feel good. This was one of those times! Pft, you spoiled it." She teased, slapping his arm playfully. "Okay let's go then. I'm ready to let out some frustration."
tfremus:
Remus shook his head quickly. âIâm definitely not intimidating! Iâm a big softie. Very emotional, as much as it pains me to admit. Well, I cried like a baby on my wedding day but thatâs to be expected I suppose. Pretty sure it was only a few nights ago that I got emotional over puppies dressed in baby clothes and then babies dressed as animals⊠Movies and TV shows always get me good too.â
"You just look it. Very emotional? Then first looks do deceive." Taylor chuckled softly. "I think it's normal to cry on your wedding day. But hey, congrats." She patted the guy on the back. "That sounds more cute than cry worthy. Certain movies and tv shows just want to make you cry. Hell, I even cry over the Lion King."

âOkay I just found these little guys in a box and I know I should be taking them to the vets to get them checked over but look how cute they are and happy with me.â Maggie beamed as she sat by the side walk with the puppies crawling all over her.Â
"You just found them? On the side of the road or something? I hate when people do that. Like why? They can easily just bring them to a shelter or even to my practise and I'll make sure they get a nice home." Taylor sighed, always feeling great anger towards people who would leave defenseless animals by the side of the road. "I can check them. I'm a vet for a reason. Consider this like a house call."
romanxdawson:
Hearing someone enter to workshop Roman lifted his head from the car he was currently working on. âLook Iâm sorry but unless itâs a minor problem I can fix in five minutes I just canât fit your car in today.â  He answered with a sigh as he looked back at the que of cars waiting for him.Â
"Lucky for you, I don't have a car. Well, I do but don't have it with me right now. I prefer walking or using my bike anyways." Taylor shrugged, looking around the workshop. She was used to all of this as her father had taught her how to fix cars when she was growing up. Not a typical girly thing but she didn't care. It made them bond.

Driving back to the town of Bellview after being back home due to Coachella, Bex was still in her hipster-party mood with the colorful butterfly dress she had on, matched with ton of jewerly and orange sunglasses. She sang along to Despacito, and nearly ran over someone who came out of nowhere (at least to her) and decided to cross the road. Hitting on the breaks and making a turn to avoid an accident, the brunette turned around with a laugh. âI nearly killed you, man!âÂ
Taylor had jumped to the side of the road just in time for the car not to hit her. "If you had, I'd probably still be stuck on your windshield." Shaking her head, she was still a little in shock but was also glad nothing worse had happened.

âYeah, I got it.â Jay mumbled, finishing up the conversation with his father that sat beside him in the diner. Not that they were actually having a pleasant talk, since that was the last thing the duo did ever since his sisterâs passing a few years back. He still blamed him; much like his mother did, which caused them to drift apart. The fact that John Brenner was also the townâs infamous alcoholic didnât help the situation either - since all eyes were on them, just waiting for either of them to make a scene. Passing a blunt of money discreetly over to his father, the two shared no words when his father stood up and left, Jay quickly wipping off the tear that found itâs way to escape before he noticed a figure hovering above him. âCheck, please.â he spoke, automatically assuming it was the waitress from earlier.Â
"I don't work here." Taylor bit her lower lip, not wanting to be too forward but she had seen and heard pretty much everything as she had been sitting in the booth behind them. She just pretty much kept quiet and to herself, pretending the conversation between the two men didn't phase her. "Are you okay?" Of course she had known who John Brenner was, almost everyone knew him, so she could only imagine how the guy must feel right now.
