Based on some recent stuff I’ve translated (might get posted here depending on certain factors), I can comfortably say that certain Japanese artists sorely over-estimate how much people “twitch” during sex.
If 75% of your page’s text consists of ぞく (spasm)、びく(twitch), and ぶる (shiver), then your characters aren’t having sex; they’re suffering a stroke and need immediate medical help.
