Just wanted to say that I love the fact that when Quicksilver and Nightcrawler rescued the astronauts, Kurt took 6 people with him like it was nothing. Back in Apocalypse when he struggled to teleport in the plane, he was trying to take 5, and he ended up so exhausted that he collapsed right after. We stan one (1) blue baby that has grown stronger.

The pull on his tail was sudden and painful. A hiss pushed through clenched teeth as Kurt steadied himself with a wider stance, hoping against hope that he’d stopped in time not to yank on the other.
How he got here, why he was powerless in the face of this... this man, was beyond him. Chemicals in his veins sneaked in through food and drink, keeping him weak. Keeping him powerless. Keeping him at Todd’s mercy.
Trying to steady his breathing, Kurt peered back over his shoulder.
“...let me go,” he said quietly, though he regretted the words before he even said them. “I want to go home.”

Kurt felt the contact like the spark of static electricity off something unexpected, like a door handle, or a car one brushed past. Out of the blue, making him start a bit, and electric. He turned to look at the source of the hand on his shoulder - considerably shorter, she seemed to have to reach up somewhat to do so. But she was sincere. Quiet in her reassurance, though Kurt knew her presence did more to lessen his frantic heartbeat him than words could.
He watched her for a moment, then turned his gaze back upon the scene that was so familiar, yet alien enough to be surreal.
Germany was not the only place where greedy, power-hungry people sought to pit young, hopeless, or helpless mutants against each other like dogs. This one had been right under their noses, barely a half hour drive from the school. By the time they’d gotten here? It was vacated. Her hand on him seemed to only add to the surrealism. A place of violence. A touch of kindness.
“Do you think... had we been a bit faster...?” The question was left unfinished, but Kurt hoped she knew what he was getting at.
"Kurt, be angry more often. It's hot as fuck."

Todd has stowed away on a ship that Kurt works on.
Kurt balanced easily on the beam stretching out from a mighty mast, peering down at the crew below. The Captain had told him time and time again to stick to the crows nest and the rigging, but... well, how could he help himself? With a view like this?
“Nightcrawler!”
That was the chef. Kurt crouched, peering down at the portly man, and called out, “Aye?” to confirm he was listening.
“Get below deck and bring me some of those beet roots, louis is in his cabin sick as a dog.” “Aye, chef!” he called automatically, and bamfed straight down to the deck before a thought crossed his mind. “...but aren’t they a part of the shipment?”
“Shipment be damned. With Cap’n takin’ us on this ridiculous detour, we’re all gonna catch a scurvy if I don’t get these men some nutrition. Hop to it boy!”
A start at the snapped command and Kurt frantically nodded, teleporting down to the storage space below. The hallway stretched back to where the cabins were to his left, and to his right--
