                     ‶  personal  tormenter ,  hm ?  ″  she  can’t  help  but  chuckle  lightly .  for  some  reason ,  she  finds  herself  reminded  of  her  twin  sister .  always  dancing  around  her  feelings ,  pretending  as  if  they  were  something  else .  actually ,  shion  was  like  that  too .  she  shouldn’t  be  one  to  judge ,  but  she  most  certainly  wasn’t  going  to  let  that  stop  her .

                     she  was  always  judged  for  her  love ,  after  all .

                     ‶  yes ,  i  think  i  do !  i  bet  you’re  the  only  one  allowed  to  tease  him  like  that ,  right ?  am  i  reading  the  situation  correctly ?  ″

          the  laughing  comes  to  an  abrupt  halt ,  still  making  a  clear  effort  to  keep  calm  while  explaining  herself  to  the  girl.  she  normally  wouldn’t  be  so  keen  on  having  to  defend  herself ,  however ,  if  she  showed  any  slight  indication  confirming  that  she  DID  so  happen  to  be  interested  in  naoto       which  she  totally  isn’t       her  friends  would  NEVER  let  her  live  it  down.

          eyes  wander  behind  her  in  the  direction  naoto  had  gone ,  just  to  make  sure  he  really  wasn’t  still  around.    “    only  because  i  know  what  his  limit  is.  you  say  the  wrong  thing  and  he'll  start  crying  like  a  gross  worm.    ”    she  looks  back  at  the  girl ,  fingers  fidgeting  behind  her  back.    “    don’t  YOU  have  someone  like  that    ?    ”

                       ‶  so ,  are  you  interested  in  that  boy ?  ″  perhaps  you  could  call  it  snooping ,  but  she  just  overheard !  honest !  —  really ,  shion  wasn’t  too  terribly  invested  in  the  affairs  of  strangers ,  but  the  exchange  she  just  witnessed  was  too  entertaining  to  simply  ignore .  this  girl  really  knew  how  to  mess  with  someone .  maybe  a  bit  on  the  aggressive  side ,  but  that  wasn’t  necessarily  a  bad  thing .

                       ‶  sorry  if  i  wasn’t  supposed  to  hear  that ;  i’ve  never  seen  someone  get  a  guy  that  worked  up  before .  i’m  impressed !  ″

          “    HUH    !?    ”    the  sudden  SNOOPER’S  voice  startles  her ,  jumping  a  foot  away  from  her  in  surprise.  the  girl’s  question  is  what  really  gets  her  though    !    did  she  just  see  all  that    ?    all  that  teasing  she  was  doing  to  naoto ;  jabbing  his  sides  and  ruffling  his  hair  saying  how  he’s  turned  into  a  wild  sheep  again    ?    she  SAW  all  that    ?!

          nagatoro  forces  a  laugh ,  shaking  her  head  aggressively.  her  hair  swaying  and  partially  covering  the  growing  red  in  her  cheeks.    “    who    senpai    ?    that  was  nothing    !    he’s  ALWAYS  like  that    !!    it’s  just  fun  to  mess  with  him ,  y’know    ?    i’m  like  his  personal  TORMENTER.  you  get  it  right    ?    ”

          it  took  a  her  moment  to  realize  he  was  even  holding  something  out  to  her ,  ironically ,  lost  in  thought  wondering  if  he  was  actually  intending  on  giving  her  anything.  (  if  it  were  marshmallows ,  he’d  be  DEAD. )

          eyes  gloss  over  the  bar ,  then  up  at  up  then  back  to  the  bar  again ,  a  small  smile  across  her  lips.  she  knew  very  well  what  the  sentiment  meant , and  that  of  course ,  he  was  NERVOUS.  too  nervous  for  even  a  simple  ‘ FOR  YOU. ’  had  he  said  anything  at  all ,  that  plus  the  gift  would  have  been  enough  for  her.

          both  hands  take  the  bar  plus  naoto’s  hands  in  a  soft  grip ,  not  too  tight ,  but  just  enough  that  if  he  TRIED  pulling  away ,  he  wouldn’t  be  able  to.          

          “    eh    ?    senpai ,    what’s  this  for    ?    ”    her  grip  gets  tighter ,  feeling  the  bar  in  both  their  hands  started  to  soften.    “    is  this  BRIBERY ;   if  you  want  some  alone  time  in  the  club  room  just  say  so    !    hey  senpai    !    look  at  me  when  i’m  talking  to  you    !  "    

           DON’T  WORRY .  she  intends  on  releasing  him  and  taking  the  white  chocolate  bar  just  as  soon  as  he  acknowledges  what  he  was  trying  to  do.  or  at  least  makes  a  better  attempt  than  just  waving  the  bar  in  her  face  like  he  did.
