I really don’t know what else to call it either, so the past works for me! It’s just so bizarre. But that’s how I feel about it too. I’m grateful that it was only temporary.

I mean i’m a fan of Doctor Who, but honestly that time traveling thing whatever it was was kind of a load of crap. I’m praying I never have to go back to that though.\

Like...i finally feel like I can breathe again. I mean, I was pregnant before I disappeared? But it was more like...now i’m very pregnant. Like as in I might pop any day now.

I mean … I am pretty convinced it is not a dream either. Like at first I thought it was, but now…I am just so relieved. Oh dear, for me it felt the other way around. I was so worried I would mess things up.

Well...In my head. I was pretty set on how things would go, you know? I was still determined I would get out of Lima, become a teacher. There were certain things that didn’t depend on me to have happen. Like...If Kurt and Satana never later had Carter, I wouldn’t have met Santana again all those years later. However, if I figure, if I started my relationship with her then, then technically I would have still be able to sort of still have my life, as twisted and selfish as that sounds. We didn’t get that far, but I kind of hope that maybe I set her and myself in the right kind of direction?

It’s not a dream Dani, I promise you it is not. It is the best thing because I do agree it was a nightmare. I mean I don’t regret my past, but I don’t want to live in my past all over again. I guess you feel the same way, right?

I really hope it isn’t. I mean, I guess if it is, this is one of the best dreams i’ve ever had. But I kind of figure its not. I really didn’t want to relive my past, but I do know how to deal with things better than I did when I was younger, which helps.

Valentines Day || Dantana

Santana had gone to bed the night before, a small space between her and Dani, the teenager one her her wife’s body, which is still weird to think about in her head. And while she was making some progress in how to act in this situation, it was still sort of awkward. 

Anyways, Santana was enjoying a nice dream when she was nudged awake followed by her wife’s voice. She barely cracked her eye open to reply, “What’s wrong baby?”she mumbled before she felt Dani get out of bed. Santana furrowed her brows as she sat up, “Dani, baby, what’s going on?”

Dani glanced up and towards Santana as she finally heard her wife responding. She couldn’t help it as she felt tears coming to her eyes. “I’m back,” she announced, louder this time. “Like...I’m home,” she chirped, looking eagerly at Santana. Her Santana. The Santana that she met and fell in love with so many years before.

“The last couple of months have been god awful, but i’m back now,” she continued to cry, moving to sit on the bed. As she did, she heard a little bark as a puppy jumped out from the corner. She tilted her head, staring at it for a moment, before turning back to Santana. “I’ve missed you so much. So, so, so, so much,” she added.

Valentines Day || Dantana

When Dani had gone to bed the previous night, she was completely mentally exhausted. Between keeping her distance from Santana (though somehow making some kind of progress with their relationship) and dealing with her parents, she just desperately wished she would be home. When the storm hit Lima, she laughed at it bitterly, thinking about the last time there was a storm in Lima. If only the storm would take her home.

When Dani awoke, however, something was off. Her sheets felt different, the room was a bitter warmer than usual, and for one, there was someone next to her. Her eyes widened, the area around her becoming rapidly more visible. “Oh my god,” she gasped, carefully pushing herself up. She couldn’t believe it. “Santana?” she asked, nudging at her wife, praying this wasn’t some kind of dream.

Dani slowly got out of bed, realizing that she was much more pregnant than she remembered. Could she really be home? She looked around the room. It didn’t look that different than what she remembered, so she had to be home. Dani couldn’t help but feel joyful. She was home. She was really home. “I’m home!” she announced softly, mostly to herself.

These were delivered to Dani’s Classroom along with a card that said:

Happy Valentine’s Day! I have a whole date planned for us that starts as soon as I get home from work, but I won’t tell you what it is. I love you and can’t wait to see you tonight!

Can I just say I have the MOST amazing wife in the world. Honestly. This is completely amazing, and to get it at work? Made my day. All the children did their sappy ‘awes’ and it was amazing. I love you so so much babe.

I know this might sound completely weird to some, but can I just say, thank god I’m home? I swear this has been the longest couple of months of my life and I never realized how much I would miss things like work or being pregnant even as much as I have missed it?

Totally! I mean we used to go to hot yoga together before she got pregnant the first time and then she started going to pregnant people yoga instead and like we still get our after smoothies together and what not but like she seems to know a lot after having kid #3. The kids are super cute though but I’m pretty sure I was born to be the awesome aunt, not the mom. 

Woah, Kid number three? Wow. So you’re like their aunt? That’s pretty cool. What exactly is hot yoga though? Is that some kind of weird future thing that I’ve never heard about, or is that something that’s been around forever?
