Currently in BKK- Thailand now. My friends recommended I go for this cooking class since I’ve some free time here. My chef (teacher), Kate was knowledgeable on Thailand cuisine and how other culture’s cuisine may be influenced in the dishes.
She taught us how to cook:-
1. Thai Papaya Salad
2. Pad Thai
3. Red Curry with Chicken (Curry paste was made from scratch)
4. Mango Sticky Rice
The experience was amazing and food tasting after we cooked was superb!
