One Day Left!

Congrats to all the teams who've already survived their regional and are advancing to the World Championships right here in our good old home town - St. Louis. Our regional is on Thursday (March 13) and we are more than excited to get going! Our PR department is hard at work with finalizing scouting and everything involving the Chairman's Award. Our mechanics and programmers are fixing our bot up making sure its good and ready to go! Hopefully we'll be able to take something home this year, but either way we're ready to have a good time! Let me know if anyone will be at the St. Louis regional! Definitely stop by the 2408 pit and ask for Nisha! Or look for the shirt with NishRow on the back (:

ST.LOUIS REGIONAL

Its that time of year again! St.Louis regional is approaching quickly and build season is almost over! Crazy how the time flies! At the end of this season, we've come across to naming our robot B.O.S.S. which is short for BIG OLD SPHERE SLINGER. This build season has probably been one of the most hectic yet but I'm glad we all came together and worked through everything with each other. I can't wait to see all you and good luck to every single team competing!!

Found these pictures on my camera when I got home! I must have left my camera abandoned for a while. Was a little freaked out at first but I did some poking around and figured out it was the STL FIRST tumblr meetup! Hope this gets to the right people—you all look like you’re having a great time!

Was able to score tickets to roboprom for two team members, which is all we needed! So glad we got the opportunity to go, thanks for the amazing time in our home town FIRST community. I love all of you to pieces. Tumblr meet up was great, awesome meeting new people and the beautiful Libby Kamen! Our robot ran amazingly, and we ended up in rank 24 by the end of the day! See you all tomorrow!

Stay Safe/ Worlds Count Down

Hi FIRST-ers! Last night - April 10th our town of Hazelwood, MO got hit by a tornado. Yes, all of us are okay. But we all wanted to let you know to stay safe. Lots of us just blew off the fact that we were going to have a tornado because we've never had one hit so close. The tornado was spotted right by the school and lots of trees in the area were uprooted. Hope everyone is also okay! Also, 13 DAYS TILL WORLD, CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE ALL OF YOU THERE!

Sigh, schools under construction. We needed to crate the robot, and ship it off! Our friend Andre here got in the crate, and we completely ignored his requests and shut him In. Oh robotics!
