The final two days before the May 7th Expo got more than a little crazy. All hands were on deck for many of the final 48 hours of prep. A brief list of what went down:
1. LCD screen suddenly became too dim so we bought a new one, which required a new front for the unit and some rewiring.
2. After we figured out that our AC motor wasn't beefy enough, we tried some more powerful ones before ultimately opting for a hand-crank to turn the compost. In the end it was a much more energy efficient solution and looked great.
3. The bioreactor's inside ended up being too crowded with propellers and stationary screws – we took the whole rig apart last minute and got it back together, functioning much more smoothly than before!
4. We played some sweet tunes (sorry to everyone else in the shop) and things got pretty weird.
